Rooms, Lobby, and Gym were clean. Bristo was a bit high priced. One pastry and a juice was over $17.00. The pool was closed during our stay, but it was pretty. Great location to walk the board walk. Not from to drive SURGE or many food places. I should point out the train tracks were literally outside our window. The room shook as the trains rolled through.

Really nice room with a super comfortable bed, unfortunately something was making noise all night that sounded like a train engine, oh, there are tracks 60 yards away and the train did run at least once... Then there were the idiots partying late into the morning and the people on the 3rd floor doing what sounded like a Mexican hat dance... ... Thin walls for sure... Oh, the TV stand wouldn't slide out despite the maintenance guys best attempt (he was super nice) ..

The check in with Stephanie was HORRIBLE!!!! She was very smug unaccomodating & had a nasty attitude & disposition! I had to stop talking & asking her questions to the point to where I got so fed up with her disrespect I had to go to Cassidy for help. Cassidy figured everything out for me! Cassidy was absolutely wonderful,joyful respectful & seemed to enjoy her job therefore I left a happy silver elite bonvoy member. Veronica was pleasant professional & nice as well. Get RID of Stephanie she HATES working there & it shows!

It was a pretty messy place with the construction but my only real complaint that is not acceptable is that they don’t provide complementary coffee downstairs in the morning. It’s one thing to not provide free breakfast ( that’s fine) but no free coffee!!! Waiting in line behind people ordering fancy drinks, just to pay for a simple black coffee ( and tip ) is unacceptable. Won’t go back just for this reason.

Sheets were dirty and comforter was gray and should have been white. No management on duty. My husband and I had been traveling all day and had to move rooms. The next room was no better. Horrible experience and a bad way to start our vacation.

Love the views from the room. They are stunning. Love the train so close. Again every where you look gorgeous views! Clean fantastic staff. They let guests come and go and ate there to assist if needed! Fantastic
Also starbucks downstairs nice touch. Fitness room big and clean. Enjoy my stay had to extend!

They tried to steal my belongings from my suitcase, they tore off the zipper, I need Manager's help. I am still staying at the hotel. Front desk people are not helping me.
