Its the second year I regularly purchased from the Irish boutique. However, I believe it was the last time I went there. Today I purchased several pairs of their Burlington socks, one of which was too big for me (I got the size wrong at the beginning). I paid, went out of the shop and just a few blocks away I realized that the sizing is wrong. I returned to the shop and wanted to return that one pair of socks. I was refused in the refund (maybe because I am a foreigner and my French is not that perfect). The only thing I could do was to choose another pair to replace with something different. I chose two other pairs, but the price was not that equivalent (after all, it was a loss of just 45 cents for me - not a big deal, but feels against the law). They could not refund, I had either to accept the exchange or purchase more. I have never had such an experience before.
