We never knew that mustard had so many flavors and could be used in so many different ways until we came here. Paul was super nice and explained what each mustard would go with and also, you can taste everything! We’re obsessed with mustard now. There’s a few items that you can only find there like the yuzu mustard which is so good with shrimp cocktail. They also have this amazing white wine vinegar that I use for dressing now. Must visit!
P.s. must buy the honey mustard, it is amazing for cooking salmon and chicken. Also, the curry flavor one is fantastic to use for a chicken wrap or sandwich!

Un vendeur très sympathique qui nous a fait goûter des moutardes plus bonnes les unes que les autres.
Il y a un grand panel de goût des plus classiques aux plus originaux. Le choix était difficile à faire.
