Je vais commencer par les points positifs, le personnel très agréable et très à l’écoute. Nous étions entre amies lors d’un week end chargé pour eux donc je considère que c’est encore plus de mérite. La literie des chambres sont très confortables. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé. Encore une fois je réitère ma sympathie pour le personnel au restaurant et au bar. Mais comment peut on manger aussi mauvais dans un restaurant !!! Et en plus à des prix pas donnés !!! Je vous déconseille le steak tartare, je pense aussi que personne n’a dit au cuisinier que l huile de la friteuse se changeait… et le petit déjeuner …les oeufs brouillés…est ce de vrais oeufs ou ceux en poudre…la viennoiseries …prenez du pain c est mieux. Donc dommage dommage…autre chose je comprends qu en avril la piscine n’est pas chauffée mais pour l image de l’hôtel nettoyez les alentours…et le spa..nous avons renoncé. Si cet avis peut être utile à la direction de l’hôtel pour faire un effort culinaire…vous êtes en bourgogne quand même.

We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which really set a positive tone for our stay. It was such a relief to be able to settle in and freshen up after our journey without having to wait. The room itself was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—definitely one of the better ones we've slept in during our travels—and there was plenty of space around the room to neatly store our belongings, which made it easy to keep things tidy.||The only drawback for me personally was the noise at night. I’m normally a deep sleeper, but I found myself waking up several times due to sounds from outside or possibly other rooms. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs just in case.||On a positive note, the staff were mostly wonderful—friendly, polite, and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed something. Their warm demeanor really made us feel welcome.||All in all, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back. With just a little improvement in soundproofing, this place would be close to perfect.

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung okay. Sauber, aber teils auch renovierungsbedürftig. Mit 165€ für Familienzimmer eigentlich zu teuer.
Safe ging nicht aufgrund leerer Batterie. Rezeption war nicht imstande dies kurzfristig zu lösen.

The bathroom was dirty and well worn. Would not recommend room 619. Toiletries appeared to be diluted.
