Bel hôtel, très beau parc, bon petit déjeuner belle chambre mais pour un hôtel 5 étoiles 2 étonnements : |salle de bain minuscule( 2 m2 avec les toilettes dedans ) |On ne nous accompagne pas à la chambre ni accompagnement pour les bagages

Court séjour (une seule nuit) dans votre magnifique établissement mais au goût de inachevé malgré tout. Un cadre exceptionnel (à commencer par le patio), un emplacement très proche de la cité de la gastronomie, une carte appétissante et certains membres du personnel (je citerai notamment Isaac et Adil qui ont été adorables avec nous) mais quelques ratés ou désagréments étonnants dans un hôtel de la collection MGallery : 1) clients Diamond nous ne nous sommes pas sentis vraiment attendus ou sans plus 2) première fois que le petit déjeuner ne nous est pas offert en weekend dans un Sofitel ou MGallery 3) certains membres du personnel ont eu une attitude quelque peu étonnante avec nous 4) pas d upgrade de suite proposé alors qu au moins une d entre elle était disponible (nous avons payé le surclassement pour une suite de plain pied par rapport à nos petits chiens) 5) la télé dans le grand salon ne marchait pas 6) pas de table prévue sans réservation au préalable au restaurant 7) pas de salutations particulières de la part du directeur qui nous a à peine salué. Bref une impression quelque peu mitigée pour notre 9e ou 10e hôtel MGallery différent.

We’re from Australia and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for three nights — and what an incredible experience it was!||||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, genuine smiles from every staff member. The reception team was especially outstanding — professional, helpful, and sincerely kind, setting the tone for a wonderful stay.||||Our room was absolutely beautiful and spotless — truly immaculate in every detail.||||On our first night, we decided to try the hotel restaurant without a reservation. Although it was fully booked, a gentleman — possibly the manager — went out of his way to find us a table. We’re so grateful he did, as the food was nothing short of perfection, and the service was just as impressive.||||The bar is also a fantastic spot for lunch — delicious food and welcoming staff made it a real highlight.||||Breakfast each morning was equally exceptional, with a great variety and the same wonderful service we experienced throughout our stay.||||This hotel is far more than just a place to sleep — it offers a truly memorable experience. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Informacje przy zameldowaniu że pobierana jest kaucja 500 euro, wcześniej nie wspominana. Łazienka z grzybem. Śniadania poprawne, lokalizacja na plus, ogólnie jest wiele innych ciekawszych opcji obok.

Ubicación muy buena. Edificio bonito. Habitación pequeña. Ducha muy incómoda, había tina sin protección para que no se saliera el agua, sin posibilidad de plato ducha. La cocina cierra al mediodía muy temprano, llegamos a las 14,15 horas y ya había cerrado, nos dijeron que podíamos tomarnos un snack en el bar pero nos dijeron allí que no servían nada que estaba en la carta porque también la cocina había cerrado, que solo nos podían servir embutidos, con lo cual nos fuimos a tomar algo fuera del hotel. Por la noche cenamos en el hotel, la comida fue bastante mediocre y muy cara para la calidad y cantidad que se espera de un hotel de 5 estrellas, pedí una lubina bastante sosa que tuve que comer con un cuchillo de carne. En resumen según mi experiencia a este hotel le sobra, como mínimo una estrella
