Extraordinaire! L’équipe a accepté de me servir (avec un grand sourire) un menu dégustation malgré un enjeu de temps. J’ai pu savourer le tout en une heure… Je les remercie de tout mon cœur. C’était un repas formidable.

I am giving this Michelin starred restaurant 5 stars using another Michelin restaurant as a comparison. We at at William after a failed dinner at another Michelin restaurant which was all pomp and ceremony but the food was mediocre. When you walk into William, you are greeted by nicely attired staff. They take you to your table, promptly attend to your needs, and help you with your dinner selection. I knew it was going to be a good evening because when I asked the young man helping us, to select a wine for us, he made a few recommendations, one of which was only 79 euros. That tells me he was there to give us reasonable options, so I was pleased. Then the food, there was not a single dish my wife and I did not think was as good or much better than the best restaurants we ventured into in our preceding 4 weeks in France. The is what a Michelin restaurant should be, inviting, wonderful food, and making sure above all you evening is enjoyable.

Nous pensions passer un bon moment mais beaucoup de points négatifs malheureusement... Nous déconseillons.
