Je tenais à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service de Jade, une serveuse d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. Malgré les exigences de notre table, elle a su répondre à chacune de nos attentes avec le sourire, une patience admirable et une grande efficacité. Great Hotel, friendly welcome, secure underground car park for the bike, lovely little outdoor pool in the sunshine, 10 minutes walk to the centre and the fluffiest white towels we've seen all holiday and the best water pressure and hot water shower. Wonderful. Easy to find with sat nav and a super overnight stay on our touring holiday. Highly recommended. Hope the review is helpful.

Provisionally 4 stars- Very nice room and bathroom, I forget whether that's what I booked or if we got upgraded- either way, no complaints. Only thing which bothers me is that for the last 90 minutes nobody has cleared the tables in the outside area of the bar, and I have just been bought another beer, but strangely my wife's and my empty glasses were not removed, hmmm... On the plus side, friendly and super-efficient reception staff, big bonus is charging is free (!) if you pay for the covered parking. Generally pleasantly impressed so far. Full disclosure-I'm an entry-level Accor club member and my wife and I are on our third Accor stay this week which may explain the room upgrade, but all is good up till now.
