Una scoperta meravigliosa nel cuore di Digione! La Guinguette è molto più di un semplice ristorante: è un viaggio nel tempo, un tuffo in un’atmosfera d’altri tempi, autentica e incredibilmente affascinante. Ogni dettaglio contribuisce a creare un ambiente unico, dove ci si sente subito a casa. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa, genuina, di quelle rare che lasciano il segno. Un luogo che sa di verità, passione e bellezza semplice. Complimenti davvero, tornerò sicuramente!
La cucina riflette perfettamente lo spirito del posto: autentica, sincera, senza fronzoli. I gratin, vera specialità della casa, sono deliziosi e preparati con cura, perfetti nella loro semplicità e a prezzi assolutamente accessibili. Anche il servizio è coerente con tutto il resto: il personaggio che lo anima è semplice, diretto, accogliente, con un sorriso che ti accompagna per tutta la serata. Un’esperienza che scalda il cuore e soddisfa il palato.

The place is hidden in some small cul de sac. The food is exceptionally good, the simple classical home food (gratins) tasting exactly as it should be. Very good home vine. Huge portions, we ate one half and took the other half home. Very friendly.

A huge disappointment, in spite of all positive reviews. The entrecote we had was inedible, the meat was so chewy it was impossible to eat. When we complained to the owner, he mocked us. Yes, the portions are huge but we would prefer quality over quantity. As a bonus, you will leave with clothes stinking of fried oil as the kitchen is few metres away from the tables with no ventilation. We have been to France many time but this was the worst meal we ever had in this country.

Lecture de la carte manuscrite illisible, à la lumière du téléphone. Odeur de friture et de tabac froid qui vous imprègne vos vêtements. Les plats sont majoritairement composés de produits surgelés, beaucoup trop copieux, très basiques et avec des produits bas de gamme, et dans l'ensemble pas bon.
Nous tenons cependant à remercier le patron pour les gâteaux apéritifs et la liqueur à la fin qu'il nous a gentiment offert.
