Nous avons juste dîner. Bonne nourriture, cuisinée parfaitement. Service très bien attentionné. Nous y allons plusieurs fois par an.

Es fühlt sich wie zuhause an, sogar besser. Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Frühstück ist gut. Das Beste ist Loungebar. Sehr freundliche und kompetente Personal. Sehr gute Wein Auswahl. Unbedingt Kaviar mit Champagner als Apero probieren. SPA ist auch ok. Während unser Besuch war das Restaurant leider renovationsbedingt geschlossen. Es gab ein kleines Menu aber alles sehr gut. Ein Hotel für Geniesser

L'accueil et le Concierge ont été d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme. J'ai beaucoup apprécié. Mais surtout d'une bienveillance.
La praticienne du spa a été a mon écoute et je retournerai dans cet hôtel pour mon prochain voyage sur Beaune.

Malheureusement cet établissement est bruyant, la déco standard et sans âme et pour le petit déjeuner avant10h plus de choix malgré nos demandes .... au regard du coût de la prestation nous sommes déçu de notre séjour.

I NEVER GIVE 1 STAR REVIEWS - I booked this hotel for the sole purpose that they had a wonderful Michelin star restaurant. Upon booking I got a email within 30 minutes that the hotel's restaurant was closed for renovation. I then called them to cancel the room, as I wanted a 5 star experience with a restaurant inside the hotel for the amount I was paying. The receptionist told me she could not refund me (although I had again only booked 30 minutes prior) and when I asked to speak to the manager she refused even though I could hear the manager speaking behind her (she confirmed the voice was the manager) Your are NOT a 5 star hotel without a restaurant in your hotel, you can't give false advertisements and then email your clients after their booking telling them it is not available, you need to give a disclaimer. I paid 5 star prices, for a hotel I did not even stay in. They were extremely rude and essentially stole my money. I am disputing with Amex and ended up staying in a beautiful Relais & Chateaux resort close by that was extremely accommodating, fantastic food, and even better hospitality. Save your money and your experience and skip this place. Stealing 450 euros from me, I did not even sleep there, they would not even give me back partial of the payment. Thieves.

Week-end en amoureux sur Beaune, ma femme m’a fait la surprise de découvrir cet établissement. Un surclassement en chambre « signature Cèdre » avec petits mots et présents font de ce séjour une expérience extrêmement agréable. Le personnel est bien présent mais comme nous l’aimons discret et à l’écoute. Cependant deux points m’ont déçu, le restaurant est actuellement fermé et ma femme n’a pas pu profiter du spa qui était complet. Pour découvrir totalement l’établissement je pense que nous reviendrons .

Belle chambre, bien équipée (nous n'avons pas choisi les chambres les plus chères), personnel très professionnel, accueillant et vraiment serviable ! Rien à reprocher à ce très bel établissement, qui conserve toutes les qualités de l'hostellerie "à la française", nous reviendrons, c'est certain !

Nous avons séjourné pour une nuit dans cet hôtel magnifique.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous remercions les équipes de l établissement de nous avoir surclassé. Mon ami a passé un très bel anniversaire :)

Het hotel is verouderd, onze kamer was nog wel ok maar het was een suite. Handdoeken werden niet ververst s'avonds, wel als je het vroeg. De bar w1s onder bemand , ik beklaag de barman , die moest alles doen ook roomservice, met het gevolg dat je lang moest wachten. Ze waren wel vriendelijk. Er is een ondergrondse garage. Her is wel gelegen aan de winkels.
