Expérience hôtelière unique. Emplacement idyllique où vous pourrez nager avec les tortues. Bungalow sur pilotis spacieux, luxueux, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Personnel très aimable, disponible et à l'écoute. Je recommande à 200% !

メトル島全体が一つのリゾートになり島一周を散歩するのも
とても心地よい
裏側のビーチを散歩しているとサメ、海亀、ウミヘビなど
普段のビーチで見れないような生き物も偶然遭遇することができた
今回は水上ではないビーチのコテージに泊まったがお値段も安く十分だと思う

Awesome place. Beach/interior Bungalows are nice, but probably noisy at night as all birds roost there overnight. The over water are the ones to have, it is worth the extra and super peaceful. Go swim with the fish and the turtles . Bungalows are huge, and we took out own picnic to have in the room overlooking the sea. A few sea snakes about, but they tend to avoid you and slither/swim away.
Food is OK, not 4 or 5 star, but simple, and recommend to bring own 5* picnic
Staff are ace, so friendly and accommodating, and speak English enough, some are fluent making easier for us non french speakers.
2 nights probably max as very little else to do at night. Only so many times to swim with fishes
As to the negative reviews "too far to walk", they must be very lazy as only take 5-7mins walk to restaurant from furthest bungalow and there appears to be a cart service if needed.
Customer service via email is patchy (poor!), they emailed me to tell me my boat time, 90 mins after it had left ! Otherwise they are great.
Not a 5* resort really, but it's fantastic anyway for the sea life .

Amazing ! Just stayed for a week in an over water bungalow. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews but you are on an island ! New Caledonia is not a cheap country throw in a 20 min boat trip unless you want to pay double to have more staff on the island for a full service restaurant and in room dining I think they are doing a great job for where they are. $80 Aus for the dinner buffet but a 3 course meal on the main land cost this too it’s just not a cheap country to eat out in. Swimming with turtles, on the reef and relaxing loved it but yes bring some snacks!
