Bonjour, |Quel bonheur, et quelle chance d’avoir pu vivre l’expérience By Pearl Bora Bora.|Une arrivée en bateau électrique depuis l’aéroport n’est pas donnée à tout le monde et un accueil des plus chaleureux par le directeur des opérations a été très appréciée.|À peine arrivés dans ce magnifique établissement et que de jolis sourires derrière la réception.|L’hôtel est somptueux et les personnes de l’hôtel à son image. |L’hôtel est doté d’un magnifique jardin de corail, d’un superbe parc « Jurrassic Park » et quelle végétation extraordinaire. |Notre villa jardin était de toute beauté avec sa piscine privée sa magnifique chambre. First time at this resort, and the location, views, and amenities did not disappoint. Stayed in an overwater bungalow, which was truly phenomenal. The hammock on the deck is so nice and relaxing… And would have been even more so if we had actually had sun instead of rain for most of our trip.||The escorted tour by the representative when we arrived was very thorough and helpful. The grounds are immaculate, and there’s truly no easier way to relax than on the deck, hammock or beach. The room was spacious and very clean. A large luxurious bathtub, with robes nearby, was also wonderful.||A hotel water taxi takes you across to the main island and runs every 15-30 minutes. Before and after certain hours of the day, there is a charge per person. This was helpful to explore some more of the area.||Most of the snorkeling excursions seem to pick up at the dock which is very helpful. Overall, staff is very friendly and helpful. Dining staff is very attentive and friendly. During one of the happy hours, one of the male bartenders did a Polynesian dance to traditional song, which was very cool to see. The bartenders were great, very engaging with the exception of a Saturday evening at the bar when two of the bartenders seem rather aloof. ||I docked a star for two reasons. When we arrived at the hotel, my husband’s luggage was damaged when they ripped off the handle transporting from the boat to the room. It appeared they tried to put it back together, but there was no way it was unnoticed. We mentioned it to two people including the hostess who gave our tour and the head concierge. No one seemed to really care which was frustrating. The broken handle was a challenge for the 10 days. ||The other reason for the docked star- when we left our room in the morning, we left a tip for housekeeping. Upon our return, the tip was gone but the refrigerator had not been restocked (the restock is a complimentary part of the service). We called housekeeping and were transferred three times, but some items were finally delivered. I know, first world problems, but when at a resort like this, paying these type of resort prices, less issues are better.

My husband and I just celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary and stayed at Le Bora Bora for three nights. it was paradise very magical. It was a dream come true.To the entire staff. Thank you!!! You all made my husband and I feel at home and we’re missing it already.

An excellent location, close to coral garden, close to ocean access. Beautiful place. Very pleased with the room. All staff were so sweet and helpful. The polynesian show at night is great.

This was our honeymoon, and we were really looking forward to it — but unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing.
Some of the staff were rude and dismissive, which made us feel unwelcome. One staff member even dropped the bill on our table without a word and cleared our table without checking if we were done.

That said, after I shared my honest feedback, hotel management personally reached out, sincerely apologized, and invited us back to make things right.
Their response was thoughtful and respectful, and I truly appreciated that.

It reminded me how important it is to speak up when something doesn’t feel right — that’s how real change happens.

Le Bora Bora Resorts truly exceeded my expectations! The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, hospitality, and restaurant teams, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities and activities offered at the resort were excellent, making my stay truly unforgettable.

Diese Hotelanlage hat den schönsten Strand auf Bora Bora. Ich würde die neu renovierten Bungalows am Strand empfehlen, weil man direkt an menschenleerem Traumstrand wohnt. My husband and I stayed at Le Bora Bora for 5 nights, and while the location and amenities were enjoyable, I was deeply disappointed to see blatant price gouging on basic necessities. Sunscreen, an essential item when staying on an island, was priced at $30 or $40 dollars in the hotel shop..

This pricing is so unreasonable and feels exploitative, especially since guests have limited options to purchase elsewhere due to having to take a ferry to access mainland. While I understand there’s often a markup for convenience, this level of inflation is unacceptable and gives the impression that the hotel is taking advantage of its guests.

For this reason alone, we would book elsewhere in the future.

Pearl Resorts does not stand behind its “Best Rate Guarantee”. I found a better price on Priceline, Trip Advisor and Booking.com. I called the hotel and they said it wouldn’t be an issue to price match but I needed to email the reservations desk. I emailed Pearl Resorts to match the prices because all of the terms and conditions matched and it qualified for their guarantee. Instead of honouring the price, the reservations manager said “the rates on the comparison website are inaccurate and beyond our control” and “we are unable to provide you with an explanation”. Be aware, they are dishonest about price matching.

The resort was amazing - staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The chefs in the restaurants were brilliant and accommodated my wife’s dietary requirements with tailored dishes! The design of the bungalows were exquisite and the location breathtaking! We could see the fishes in the bungalow every day and could snorkel in the coral garden where there was such varieties of fish! Even saw a shark and a string ray! The wine bar was also a treat, especially when the weather took a turn and a great range at breakfast!

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in French Polynesia and the Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts was the highlight of our trip! The hotel staff promptly picked us up from the airport via water taxi and the service was elevated, professional, and friendly. We listened to live ukelele as we took in the beautiful landscape. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff was friendly, kind, and efficient. They even upgraded us for our honeymoon! We LOVED our overwater bungalow and complimentary bottle of champagne! The room was beautiful, spacious, and so clean. The balcony had a table, lounge set, & our own private pool. The sunset from the balcony was the best on the trip! The hotel is perfectly positioned on the island because you get the west facing ocean view. It was so romantic and relaxing! The bathroom was so large and they had every amenity. We celebrated New Year’s Eve at the hotel and the buffet was delicious. We enjoyed delicious cocktails, a bottle of champagne, & truly enjoyed the Polynesian musicians and dancers. Although it rained, it could not have ruined the night or trip. The fire dancers spun fire and the fireworks went off over the oven and under the moon. It was truly wonderful! Thank you Le Bora Bora by Pearl for amazing core memories and an incredible trip! We can’t wait to return to celebrate one of our anniversaries!

Be careful when booking this hotel. You HAVE to put a deposit down via their email with a link but they never send the email. Your booking then goes on to cancel. And you may not even realize it if you don't dig deep enough. |I don't understand how this hotel operates. I booked a reservation in Sept of 2024 for our April 2025 trip. I booked a 2 bedroom beachfront villa at $4500 a night and when I went in to print my confirmation ( a week ago), the reservation had been canceled. ||I realized they require a deposit in the fine print and missed that they state on the confirmation that they will send an email link for payment. I never received such a link. ||OK so I then rebooked this a week ago (thankfully the villa was still available) and waited for the link to pay the deposit. I booked on a Monday and today is Sunday, 7 days later. I emailed their reservation email 5 times and called to no one answering and leaving a message asking where the link to pay is. There is nothing back from this company. |I then reached out to their US office and received a response saying they can't help because I booked it on their direct website. |They just do not respond. An attempted $20k booking and it's as if their reservation department doesn't exist. Such poor business practices when it is such a competitive market with other hotels that responded immediately.

Stayed here on our honeymoon. Check in was a disaster, it was group check-in in a small badly lit room with not too friendly service. Resort is very nice, service not. Our flight got canceled and the staff didn’t really help with finding alternatives.

Absolutely exceptional place to stay it was like living a dream.

We had a big family group of 16 traveling around the islands. This was the best place we stayed!!! A lot due to how well the amazing Mao (the pearl princess, always with amazing jewelry) took care of us. Anticipating our needs before we even thought of them. And the staff, always cheerful, bringing us extra towels, available when we needed to book reservations. ||Such a beautiful location. The over water bungalows were so clean and updated, absolutely stunning water and views! Even on a rainy day we had a blast! ||Dream location! Thank you Mao and team!

Tout est prévu pour la déconnexion.un repas du réveillon parfait tout comme la soirée prevue, un accueil par le personnel tres agreable et le directeur aux petits soins.
A noté que le directeur met la main à la pâte quand il y a du boulot.

Les menus des restaurants et le buffet du petit-déjeuner sont excellent.

Les bungalows sont magnifiques mais on sent un formalisme (chacun ses coreaux sous ses fenêtres) mais au moins personne n'est déçu.

Quelques petits bemols: du sable resté dans la chambre du début à la fin du séjour... des transats avec quelques traces de rouille mais il est évident qu' avec les embruns le mobilier s'abîme plus vite.

Une erreur de facturation de repas vite résolue

Le motu a certes une navette pour l'île principale mais on vous fait comprendre qu'il n'y a rien à y faire sauf excursion que vous réserver à l'hôtel ou un taxi.
Il serait peu être bon que l'hôtel permette à ses clients de rejoindre le centre de l'île avec une navette totalement gratuite.
Et la gourde en cadeau remplacée par des mugs.
Mais ces bémols n'enlèvera rien au charme de l'hôtel et à la gentillesse du personnel.

just a stunning place to visit. It is expensive, as is the rest of the island and the rest of French Polynesia as a whole, but it is worth it. The beach and lagoon is stunning, the rooms are beautiful and spacious with great quality finishes. It was all amazing!

Having been to a few different high level resorts, Le Bora Bora is by far the best. Excellent setting, service, rooms and facilities!

A parte che la vista sulle overwater e’ orribile (sembra di stare in un garage), la cosa assurda e’ che ho trovato la cassaforte scassinata e tutti i contanti rubati e la direzione non solo non mi ha risarcito, ma mi ha fatto perdere molto tempo con interviste da parte del personale della sicurezza, per poi dirmi che senza denuncia alla polizia non potevano fare nulla, invitarmi ad andare alla stazione di polizia, che invece a quell’ora era chiusa. Con il risultato che ho passato l’ultima mezza giornata di vacanza in giro per denunce senza ottenere nemmeno un rimborso.

Sono stato con mia moglie in viaggio di nozze in questo splendido posto a maggio. Abbiamo alloggiato in un overwater con vista mozzafiato: era forse la sistemazione più lontana dalla "terraferma", ma non c'era bisogno della spiaggia principale quando ne hai una privata non appena esci fuori dalla stanza!

Nulla da dire sui servizi offerti dallo staff, dai vari ristoranti al piccolo carretto dei gelati che passava nel pomeriggio: la qualità è sempre altissima per non parlare dei ragazzi e le ragazze che lavorano lì: sempre disponibili nell'aiutarti e a darti tutte le informazioni necessarie e sempre col sorriso sulle labbra.

Siamo stati benissimo ed è stato dura tornare alla vita di tutti i giorni dopo quelli passati qui. Ce ne siamo andati sulle note di "Mauruuru a Vau" fra gli sguardi tristi di quelli che andavano via con noi.
E, come dice la canzone, speriamo di tornare in quei luoghi per ringraziarli di nuovo.
