Appena andati via da un soggiorno di 3 notti nello splendido otemanu overwater nel “le bora bora pearl resort”.
Semplicemente location magica, acqua cristallina e calda. Overwater con tanti confort: vasca freestanding, tutto ristrutturato, doppio lavabo e la cosa più bella è il lettino sospeso nell’acqua.
Servizi eccellenti: spa sensazionale consigliatissimo massaggio polinesiano, anche L’escursione intorno alla laguna è stata emozionante.
Cena niente di che, nulla di eclatante, cucina internazionale con ampio margine di miglioramento! Colazione 10 e lode! Sicuramente il tocco in più è stato lo spettacolo polinesiano che ha coinvolto anche tutti noi ospiti! Lo consiglierò sicuramente e ci ritornerò!!!

Cela restera un séjour inoubliable. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Tout a été parfait: l'accueil, la restauration, le bungalow, les prestations proposées... sans oublier l'ensemble du personnel qui est à l'écoute et toujours souriant. Merci à tous.

Nous étions sur un bungalow Pilotis et nous avons passé un séjour sublime, raffiné et sans fausse note. Le cadre est idyllique, le personnel charmant et accueillant|Coté Restauration rien à dire également, tout était parfait.|Je recommande vraiment cet hotel qui sort clairement du lot.

A beautifully presented boutique resort that didn't feel touristy. Having sailed round BB on a snorkeling trip, I'd say this hotel has one of the nicest positions. We stayed in an overwater bungalow and it was lush. The attention to detail everywhere was just mind blowing - the carvings on the walls, the glass panels around the room so you can see the water/fishes and also the sun sparkling on the water at sunrise.. the design was really well thought out. The gardens were spectacular, wasn't expecting that! And the Spa was one of the best I've ever been to. Food was fantastic, even for my fussy non adventurous husband. Especially at Miki Miki where he could have more international cuisine whilst i could have more local dishes. The party on the beach for National Day was also an unexpected delight. In short, I'd highly recommend, we're only sad that its so far away (and expensive) for us to get back again easily!||||We've marked value only 4/5 simply because it's so expensive out here, but that applies to all of French Polynesia. It was worth it, but this was a special treat, and sadly not something we could afford to do often!

Après avoir eu un merveilleux séjour au Tah’aa nous pensions renouveler la même expérience au Bora Bora mais malheureusement il est loin de pouvoir égaler son petit frère. Très déçue du personnel, du service et de l’expérience client. Rien n’est à la hauteur d’un Relais & Chateau ni d’un hôtel de ce prestige à part le cadre idyllique de cet hôtel

Magnifique hôtel ! Tout y était parfait : chambres, restaurants, piscine, plage, le spa dans un jardin magnifique ! Le personnel ainsi que le directeur très aimables et compétents. Ce séjour nous laissera un souvenir inoubliable! Merci !

This was our 3rd stay at Le Bora Bora Hotel and it was over-the-top fabulous! We had 5 beachfront villas for a staff retreat, including the Royal Villa, where we congregated. The staff is very kind and this hotel has an authentic Polynesian feel compared to our stays at the St Regis, Four Seasons, the Conrad and the Intercontinental (we have stayed at all of them). I credit the authenticity to the fact that it is locally owned! Our Concierge worked closely with our rockstar travel agency (Pacific For Less), to arrange scuba diving, jet skis, dinners, a sunset cruise, a Shark and Ray Tour, and a 1/2 day catamaran. WOW! Lifetime memories for our group. Thank you Le Bora Bora for being so welcoming to everyone. You have the best views and the best team and we can’t wait to see you next time!

Cadre somptueux, autant le lagon que la plage ou les jardins (incroyables), un peu l'écart des autres grands hotels, c'est un plus. Une prestation impeccable (merci Franck et Vanessa), un personnel attentif, discret, serviable et toujours souriant. Le seul grand hotel de Bora-Bora "Polynésien" par comparaison aux autres grandes chaines plus aseptisées, ce qui est très apprécié dans l'accueil, la culture et l'art de vivre et l'ambiance en général. Un seul conseil: précipitez-vous avant que leur 5eme étoile n'arrive (ca ne saurait tarder) et que les prix augmentent !

We chose this hotel to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and we could not have been happier with our choice.||From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the resort manager, and throughout our stay, we encountered only friendly, attentive, and highly professional staff. When we left, we were given necklaces as a farewell gift, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.||We stayed in an end-of-pontoon overwater bungalow with our two sons, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.||The minibar is complimentary and refilled daily with beer, juices, crisps, and a Bounty chocolate.||Regarding the restaurants, I highly recommend the Poerava Restaurant for a true gourmet experience - the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and complemented by five-star service. We also dined at the Otemanu and Miki Miki restaurants, where the food was tasty and the staff attentive.||On Monday and Friday evenings, there is a Polynesian show on the beach - not to be missed!||Snorkeling is excellent at the Coral Garden, and the hotel provides snorkeling gear for guests to borrow. The pool staff are very friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere, and they even have fresh coconuts cut for the guests.||Bora Bora on its own is already a dream come true, and this hotel makes the experience even more magical. If you haven’t decided yet, it is the perfect choice for an unforgettable getaway.

We stayed at Le Bora Bora for a week with a group of 13, and the experience was flawless. The staff went above and beyond, bartenders, servers, concierge, even the ice cream cart guy made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was amazing, massages were some of the best we’ve ever had, and every restaurant had something for everyone. The grounds were stunning, amenities plentiful, and housekeeping was top-notch. Bora Bora is unforgettable, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff are what we’ll remember most

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille, le site est superbe cote lagon et cote jardins. Le site est très vaste avec de nombreuses activités et restaurants si bien que même si l’hôtel est plein, on ne sent pas du tout le monde !

Restaurant excellent avec une petite cuisine innovante. Le gros point positif revient au directeur Franck et tout sont staff qui sont simplement incroyable et gentil, ils vous acceuillent, vous conseilles, vous guides. Bref au top bravooo a tous||

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet superbe hôtel. Les bungalow sur pilotis sont exceptionnels. L’endroit est magique tout comme le reste. Le personnel est au petit soin et la restauration de qualité. Que du positif !

We stayed in an overwater villa for two nights during our honeymoon. We booked before our arrival the romantic dinner on the beach in the evening of Monday. As soon as we arrived they informed us that on Mondays and Fridays they do the Polynesian dinner and show and so our dinner would have been held in front of one of the empty bungalows in front of the sea. For a price close to 330 usd, the experience has been horrible. The place was dark, sad and not decorated at all. Way different in comparison with the regular romantic dinner that we saw on the day after with proper setup and live Polynesian music played with ukulele. It’s sad that such a luxury place (the resort is fantastic) makes their clients feel joked on. Also the menu selection for the dinner was very short and plates way too simple for the price. We ate the other night in the Miki Miki restaurant that was also sub par for the price. It’s a shame because with a little more attention on the service the place could be a paradise. I would not advice it to friends given the many choices that you can make in places in bora bora

まさに天国　宿泊の水上コテージから階段で海に降りることができます　深さもちょうどいいし、魚も多い　シュノーケリングを無料で貸してくれるので魚と一緒に泳げます　部屋には、水中を眺められるガラスのテーブルがあり、そこから、魚に食べ物を落とすと寄ってくるよ　楽しい　魚を眺めながら何時間でもボーっとしてられる　無料のボードが出ていて対面にある島まで送迎してくれるので散歩がてら出かけるのも良いです

The honeymoon of a lifetime!

Amazing facilities and accommodation. Beautifully designed with every little detail in mind, like coral placed under your bungalow for viewing through the glass window at the end of your bed. Staff were all genuinely friendly. It was apparent that every staff member we interacted with, had a real desire to make our stay as enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable as possible. Polynesian hospitality is truly on another level.

We spent one afternoon at the Tavai spa. It was incredibly well decorated and designed and really created a relaxing atmosphere. We both got 80-mins traditional massages, which were excellent. Afterwards, we enjoyed the various amenities, such as the tea room, steam room, sauna, and sensory shower for as long as we wanted. We came out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The food was absolutely incredible, with an abundance of variety to choose from. Amazing french pastries to delicious raw seafood. There really isn't much more to say other than you won't be disappointed with the food here.

Dance and fire shows were awesome and there were interactive bits, where guests could come up and participate in some of the traditional Polynesian dances. It made it very entertaining and memorable. My wife and I had a blast.

There are various complimentary amenities to choose from, such as kayaks, standup motorized waterboards, snorkel gear, and tennis rackets. My wife and I were able to used the snorkel gear every single day of our stay.

If I had to nitpick for areas of improvement, sometimes we would call for things to be delivered and they would forget to come. Another time they gave me a room key that didn’t work. More minor inconveniences and truthfully on the whole, the service was by far the best we have received at a resort destination.

A nice touch was the assistant general manager personally thanking us and seeing us off at the dock, when we were departing on the water taxi for Bora Bora airport. Its the little things like that that make a customer feel valued and wanting to visit again.

We want to thank Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts for creating the most memorable and amazing honeymoon experience. We will cherish this memory for years to come.

We recently stayed here on our honeymoon and unfortunately found that it falls well short of being a true luxury resort.

While the overwater bungalows and water activities center were beautiful, and the views and snorkeling were undeniably stunning, the overall experience was lacking—especially in food and service.

SERVICE & EXPERIENCE:
From the start, there was no welcome orientation or information provided about the resort’s amenities or activities. We consistently experienced slow service and had to flag down staff. Many employees hadn’t tried the food and couldn’t make recommendations. At the wine bar, there was no sommelier—just a basic bar setup with no guidance.

FOOD & DRINK:
The biggest disappointment was the food. It was hit-or-miss at best—you have to know exactly what to order to avoid a bad meal. We even had to send a cocktail back, and drinks were weak and overpriced ($25 each). One night, we walked past a paella station that no one seemed to know about, and no one encouraged guests to try it. Food quality didn’t meet the expectations of a high-end resort.

NICKEL & DIMING:
We were surprised by how often we felt upsold or misled:
• The minibar was complimentary but never restocked.
• We arrived early and were charged $50/person for breakfast.
• An ice cream cart was pushed around the pool—it felt like a treat, but guests are billed for it.
• We paid $110 per couple for festival tickets that were announced as $20 at the event itself—a huge markup.
• Shuttle service back from town ends at 5:30pm, seemingly to keep you on the property (where dining is overpriced and underwhelming).

AMENITIES & ATMOSPHERE:
By 5pm, the resort felt dead. If there were any evening activities or experiences, they weren’t communicated or you were charged for them. The unheated pool was mostly used by kids and bar patrons—another missed opportunity. One night at a restaurant, we saw families with reservations turned away because tables were full so their reservations couldn’t be honored.

Bottom line:
This resort has a gorgeous setting and potential—but it operates more like a mid-tier property with luxury prices. If you’re coming to Bora Bora, enjoy the natural beauty, but we’d recommend staying elsewhere or at least venturing into the city for food and real hospitality.

Séjour inoubliable.

Pour vivre pleinement l’expérience de Bora Bora, je recommande vivement de réserver une suite sur pilotis avec vue sur le lagon : c’est tout simplement magique.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours aimable et attentif.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et bien équipées.

Même si l’on sent que cet établissement est un petit cran en dessous du Taha’a (du même groupe), cela reste l’un des plus beaux hôtels dans lesquels j’ai eu la chance de séjourner.

Je recommande sans hésitation.
