La force de cet hôtel est incontestablement son personnel. L’accueil polynésien est chaleureux mais il y a aussi un professionnalisme rigoureux à l’écoute du client pour le satisfaire. Le spot est agréable et le restaurant est une très bonne table de l’Ile.

Juste fantastic, personnel parfait ????dans tout les domaines ,accueuil ,sécurité,service,chambre ,restaurant☆☆☆☆☆ ...bref ce sera notre hotel a chaque séjour a Moorea ..
Literie au top , repas et breakfast un régal .. j'ai rarement vu un staff aussi impliqué ,souriant , acceuillant de la sorte ..
Continuer ne changer rien et le sucsès est assurer ????????????????

Nice location and nice balcony on the “solarium” rooms, but only has a straw mat between you and the neighbor, so it can be a bit noisy and lacking in privacy. There is no coffee machine in the room, and my fridge has a broken fan. For $400 a night it feels like someone is cutting the wrong corners.

Great boutique hotel. Super location on the island, great views of ocean and bay from everywhere, clean, spacious room for larger family (we had a suite), great pool, really good snorkeling right from their beach, stylish and well kept facilities. Overall good value for the price. ||Tradeoff for all the pros is lack of resort vibe - staffing is kind of minimal consistent with small # of rooms (e.g. no resort-like concierge service, pool bar not consistently available). Would definitely recommend having a car as it's more a home base for exploration vs. an inclusive destination.||Ultimately, you get the luxurious resort-like room quality, daily room cleaning, views, etc. many of us want, but pricing a little more in the direction of the "fares" (pensions) common here. For us, a great combination.
