We had a tremendous time at this hotel. It feels brand new. The breakfast was sublime.

Shoutout to Dear at reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. We wished we could stay longer.

Не могу не отметить отличное качество номеров , комфорт и уют , потрясающий бассейн на крыше , где вечером чудесно обдувает ветер , их невероятный сервис с вниманием к гостям , чудесно встретили , чудесно проводили , есть русский персонал , если кому принципиально , локация на отлично
Опять же, кому важно , как моим детям - отличные завтраки ))
Рекомендую точно , переехали сюда из ibis, земля и небо , ад и рай )

Our group had a great time at the Retro Carnival event hosted by Hilton Garden Inn Phuket Bang Tao. Khun Jaja and Marie were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout the event. The Thai fusion buffet was a highlight with dishes like Tom Yum Paella and Phuket Coconut Crepe Suzette that we particularly enjoyed. The drinks were well-made. Furthermore, the live music created a pleasant and relax atmosphere that we never had before. the stunning sunset views make me so impressive. It is an amazing evening that we loved it and also how lucky I was. I won a bottle of red wine. thanks to all staff to make that evening memorable to the period that I stayed in Phuket.

Very happy with my stay here. 100% would stay here again.
Rooms are clean, roof top pool is great, all the staff are polite and very helpful.
They can get you taxis to popular attractions, and have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the beach and to the town centre.

Отдыхала на Бангтао в начале марта. Отель современный, светлая мебель, приятный интерьер, полотенца, бельё, кровать всё классное! Номер оборудован всём необходимым, вплоть до утюга и гладильной доски. Завтраки бомбические, на любой вкус можно что-то найти. Шатл до моря через каждые 15 минут, обратно редко ездила, прогуляться по ухоженным улочкам Лагуны - особое удовольствие! Ближайший супермаркет примерно в 20 минутах ходьбы. Своей зоны на пляже у отеля нет, но так у многих отелей Тайланда. Персонал на ресепшн приветлив и приятен. Есть и минусы: мой номер был над лобби, где постоянно останавливался транспорт, было очень шумно и сильный запах транспортного выхлопа при открытых окнах. Поэтому проветривать комнату не вариант, был постоянно включён кондиционер, одежда написала запах сырости, который исчез только после стирки и сушки вещей дома. Видела в номере мелких муравьёв и комаров, боролась с ними при помощи фумитокса- всегда беру с собой. Вокруг кровати коврик, который никогда не пылесосят и не стирают - очень грязный. Хотя уборка в комнате и смена полотенец ежедневная.

We had 4 great nights staying at the Hilton Gardens Inn. Every member of staff are exceptionally friendly, polite and full of smiles. The place is clean, well presented and well located to visit Bang Tao Laguna.

The food is nice and well presented, the only criticism is the coffee machines are slow so you need to be patient, especially when other guests are filling 2 & 3 cups.

Very small rooms but an overall well maintained hotel with great staff.

Location is a bit weird. While the happening places are around, they are a little far away.

We would have been better off choosing something else tbh.

Really nice hotel in a convenient location but the rooms are really small.

Отличный отель, соотношение цена касество. Шатл басс регуляно с утра до 21 возит на пляж.

Были тут в конце февраля - начале марта. Персонал отзывчивый, номера чистые, полотенца меняют каждый день.
До пляжа пешком 15 минут, но ходит шаттл. До Вилламаркета пешком 20 минут, но туда тоже ходит шаттл.
Бассейн на крыше особенно хорош сразу после завтрака, обычно мы были там одни.
Отдельное спасибо Денису, русскому сотруднику отеля.

S hotelom sme boli veĺmi spokojný. Nachádza sa v pokojnej časti Laguny blízkosti pláže Bang Tao.K dispozícii je bezplatná hotelová kyvadlová doprava. Raňajky sú úžasné, vysoká kvalita.Bazén na streche tiež pekný a udržiavaný.
Všetci zamestnanci hotela sú veľmi nápomocní.Vrelo odporúčam.

من أجمل الفنادق على الساحل الغربي لفوكيت خدماتهم رائعه ودودين وتجاوبهم سريع يقدمون خدمة النقل للشاطئ والسوق من الصباح وحتى الساعة ٩ مساء لديهم مطعم يقدم وجبات لذيذه جدا ومعظمها حلال يفتح حتى الساعة ١١ ليلاً كما يوجد في الاستقبال مكت لشركة ALP يحجز الفعاليات ويقدم النصيحة.. فندق رائع وممتاز انصح فيه

Nous avons aimé la situation de l’hôtel. Mais la climatisation ne semble pas être nettoyée. Une forte odeur d’humidité règne dans la chambre. Je suis rentrée avec une pneumopathie à mycoplasme Hormis une facture qui nous a été présentée à la fin du séjour par erreur, le personnel reste au petits soins.
