This place is truly exceptional! Fabrice Gillotte Beaune doesn’t just offer high-quality chocolate, they’ve also mastered the art of hospitality. The staff go above and beyond in every way, delivering what can only be described as unreasonable hospitality in the best sense. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and fluent in English, making the experience seamless and welcoming.
We picked up chocolates and macarons, all absolutely divine. And the ice cream? A must-try! Made with top-tier ingredients, it’s in a league of its own. As someone from the Mediterranean, I can confidently say the pistachio was one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
A special shoutout to Leah and Romuald for their outstanding service - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. You made our visit memorable.
Well worth the drive from Luxembourg. 10/10 experience, highly recommended!
