PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY IN BOURGOGNE.
There was a big issue with one of the bikes, which almost caused a serious accident to my boyfriend in the middle of nowhere in the vineyard. Rather than apologise and give us a manual to investigate the problem, the owner tried to push the issue onto to us and then charge us €80 for a problem with one their own bikes saying that they made a trip to where we were for nothing thus we need to pay for nothing that we caused. We lose the precious 2 hours due to their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability and service manual and rude manner.
Really echoes onto one of the comments below; the lack of apology, lack of accountability and attempt to blame without trying to help or understand the situation was the same at the time. Avoid this company.

Horrible services - flat tire, and blaming the customer for the fault, and also charging extra against us.

Jeudi dernier (hier), dans le cadre d'une journée de cohésion d'entreprise, nous avons fait une sortie à vélos et trotinettes dans les vignobles...équipe au top et très professionnelle, qui bosse sérieusement sans se prendre au sérieux...bravo ????????????
