Nous recommandons l’expérience les yeux fermés ! D’autre maisons sont parfois très industrialisées tandis que Champy porte toujours ce côté très famille qui se démarque des autres !
- it is done standing and in complete rush
- they only give you one glass, which does not allow you to compare the wines
- i went to the bathroom between the visit and the degustation but the guide did not wait for me to start the degustation.
- they have a coravin but they only used it for some bottles (not the most expensive). They served us already opened grand cru (worth 300 eur) and a 2012 premiere cru that were closed with the flipped cork. Instead, they served us a village with the coravin (which is nonsense).
