The staff of the hotel is very friendly and professional particularly the receptionist - Ms Amel is very helpful and attentive. Location of this hotel is excellent, however there is no elevator to access to rooms at upper level.||||

Pendant trois semaines je dors chaque nuit dans un autre hôtel. Celui-ci a de loin les meilleurs lits et quettes. Personnel tres aimable.

The hotel was centrally located with restaurants , wine bars , shops and historic sights right outside your door . The room was spacious by European standards , modern and very comfortable . The staff were excellent . Helped with organizing dinner , taxis and making recommendations for places to visit . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Beaune for a weekend .
