Excellente découverte,
les chambres sont propres et très confortables,
un cadre accueillant avec une belle terrasse,
nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire et du professionnalisme,
le petit déjeuner est complet.

Excellent location in the very centre of Beaune on a quiet corner.
Reasonably priced for the location.
My 4* overall comment takes into account the price and location.
It cannot be said, however, that the hotel is elegant or stylish. And there's no lift. It is clean, comfortable and provides everything necessary.
There are pleasant sitting rooms with books and games available, drinking water and glasses at reception and very helpful staff to offer suggestions for dining.
Beaune itself is a marvellous old city with a historic centre, ramparts to walk round and proximity to the local vines. You can walk easily out to wander around the small fields where the famous wines are produced.

Sehr aufmerksamer und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service. Aufgrund von Stau kamen wir spät an. Als wir telefonisch entsprechend Bescheid sagten, wurde uns angeboten, in einem nahe gelegenen Restaurant trotzdem noch einen Tisch zu organisieren. Und wir bekamen ein Upgrade! Toller Blick über die Dächer des alten Beaune.
