Un bel hôtel très bien placé à Beaune. Un personnel charmant très arrangeant pour les réservation , un ascenseur d époque original,un jolie salon bar avec un superbe billard , un petit déjeuner très agréable dans le jardin et un parking surveillé bien pratique.

Do NOT stay here unless you want your stuff stolen from your room. My friend and I had two Louis Vuitton brand new bags purchased in Paris stolen from our room. The staff was NOT helpful. They showed us the card swipes of who entered our room. There were multiple swipes by a man who was the head of security while we were gone. We were told he was looking for a place to put new mirrors during a refurbishment. There are no security cameras in the hallways. We filed a police report and hopefully whoever did it will be found. Obviously, we won’t be back. ||||Also, the service when we checked in was horrible. No one looked to see if our room was ready, no help with dinner reservations, the list of restaurants included ones that had closed two years prior. The breakfast was ok- they do give you fresh croissants if you like. The beds are horrible. We asked for a topper and that may have been when the bags were stolen. Stay away! The bathroom is nice.

This is a Boutique hotel at a very convenient location in Beaune. Just minutes walk from Hospice, city center and a bunch of major attractions. We stayed in a junior suite, and it was very tastefully decorated. They even have a free parking, some right in front of the front door and a lot more behind the building. Will
