Good rooms but location remote from the city centres and restaurants

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous faisons escale dans cet établissement et pour nous séjour à Beaune = "Les Nomades".. Un peu excentré et avec une architecture extérieure qui peut étonner (ancien motel/grill entièrement repensé et rénové pendant 2 ans si j'ai bien suivi les explications) , on plonge dans un univers d'élégance moderne et de confort une fois l'entrée franchie. Un accueil et un personnel attentif et attentionné (préférez le contact humain aux procédures de check-in / out proposées). des chambres confortables (classiques, communiquantes ou supérieures) qui au fil des escales ont parfaitement répondu à nos attentes (petite préférence évidente pour les supérieures, un peu plus grandes et très au calme en bout de couloirs avec cette envie de se poser dans le coin lecture pour le niveau supérieur).||Un petit déjeuner de grande qualité ! (fromages venant de chez Hess en centre ville par exemple)||Le parking gratuit et fermé la nuit est aussi un plus.

Pour notre anniversaire de mariage et mes 60 ans !!

Nous avons passé 2 agréables nuits dans ce magnifique hôtel, dans une chambre supérieure. Tout était parfait : extrêmement calme, feutré, cosy, décoration moderne et chic, literie très confortable, espace bien-être agréable, petit-déjeuner complet (salé et sucré) avec même du jus d'amandes (pas courant). Le parking est sécurisé. Accès au centre-ville en quelques minutes en voiture.

La chambre de qualité supérieure est spacieuse, parfaitement propre , bien équipée, la literie est excellente !
Lieu calme, aucun désagrément niveau sonore à déplorer.
Espace détente très agréable. Propre et fonctionnel.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
Le point fort c’est le buffet petit déjeuner !!
Produits d’excellente qualité, le choix est varié, c’est bon, c’est frais, c’est chaud , il y’en a pour tout les goûts !
Coffre-fort en chambre, mini bar, piscine extérieure…le rapport qualité prix est parfait !
Nous y reviendrons si de retour dans la région ! Sachant que l’hôtel est à 20mn à pieds du centre-ville…

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Les Nomades. L'hôtel est calme, tout est fait pour se reposer. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et le lit confortable. Bien insonorisée, on dort comme un bébé. L'espace piscine/jacuzzi est très agréable et propre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié! Il vaut le détour. Le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins, parking sécurisé et jolie déco de l'entrée aux chambres. je recommande sans hésiter et nous reviendrons pour un prochain séjour

Très bon hôtel .Seul problème,le jacuzzi qui était très sale , limite pour un 4 étoiles.

Un magnifique hôtel ! Le coin spa est top ! L'accueil est très bien. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est géant. L'emplacement est pratique : il est possible d'aller au centre à pieds, un parking pour garer les voitures c'est top

Sorry to say but our stay in this hotel did not meet our expectations at all. We had booked a pricey superior room “boosting with a view to the private pool” but it turned out to be a room for someone that needs a wheelchair. There was eg no carpet and also the furniture was different from other superior rooms, much less pretty. There was only one small window and the view was quite modest indeed.

There were a few other things that let us down. There were no cupboards to put our clothes in. The only boxes we found were filled with blankets and other items by the hotel.

There were only paper cups and paper sticks serving as spoons. Since there was no restaurant in the hotel, and we did not want to walk the 30 minutes to the nearest restaurant in the late evening we bought some yogurt in a supermarket but then needed to ask for spoons in the reception. They gave them to us but real spoons and teacups should be available in a four star hotel, I think.

The toilet was huge but with no bidét nor a sink to wash your hands. The bathroom was also huge but with no place nor equipment, eg a small radiator (there was one radiator but the power was cut off) to make your bath towels, bathrobes and swimsuits dry. The bathroom was also ice cold.

What struck us most was the attitude of the personnel when we would have wanted to change our room. There clearly were vacant “normal” superior rooms, much lighter and with prettier interior decoration than the one we were staying in, but the hotel claimed that people from those rooms had only gone somewhere for a visit and then coming back. I wonder, doors of those rooms left wide open to the corridor and no luggage inside?

We could have had a new room on the ground floor right next to the sauna and pool area, but it was even more dark than the original room and smelled bad.

We had a strong sense that we were not told the truth and it was quite unpleasant. So, we chose to look for another hotel in Beaune city center and luckily found a really good one. It had only three stars but with a towel dryer and much, much better soundproofing.

Un gros bémol pour le choix de la moquette des couloirs ; un délit au bon goût qui devrait être puni par la loi????. Le service de chambre est très moyen.

Accès facile emplacement à l'entrée de Beaune. Très bon accueil, un hôtel bien agencé et décoré avec deux piscines intérieur et extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment de qualité et complet. Petit bémol il y a une légère odeur de renfermée dans la chambre. Le plus la recharge gratuite pour sa voiture extra. Une belle équipe pour un bel endroit

Superbe le seul petit bémol sont des tâches sur les serviettes blanches, je penses que le lavage est sous-traité

Très bon hôtel, la décoration est propre et moderne.
Nous avons profiter de la piscine intérieure ouverte de 7h à 23h, ainsi que du sauna, hammam et jacuzzi. Et la journée, nous profitions de la grande piscine extérieure.
Pas de difficulté pour avoir un transat de libre, il y en a suffisamment!
Bon petit déjeuné également.
Nous revenons ravis de notre séjour!

Un rapport qualité-prix au top. Tout proche du centre-ville tout en étant au calme. Les prestations proposées étaient agréables. Et la décoration est juste extra.

Pour un 4 étoiles quelques manques à signaler, robinet mal fixé pour une chambre clasé supérieure, échelle dans la piscine intérieure mal fixée et pas antiglisse sur les marches, très dangereux. Station de recharge de VE en panne. Climatisation trop forte dans tous l'immeuble.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and were always very happy until our last visit. We left all our passports in the safe by mistake. Called the hotel the following day and they did nothing to help. Absolutely appalling. They simply sails that all safes are checked daily and nothing was found. We asked if they could double check the room we stayed in and they refused.

This is our fifth visit to your hotel and we are absolutely convinced every time. On our last two visits we stayed in both the suite and a communication room, the communication room absolutely convinced us as a family. Two bathrooms were an asset.
The outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool are a highlight for our son after a long car ride.
We would like to see real coffee cups in the rooms themselves instead of paper cups. Nevertheless, we see the coffee in the rooms as an asset. The beds are soft, the soap smells special and makes you feel relaxed. The hotel is absolutely clean and hygienic. The choice at breakfast is plentiful. We like to come back every year. This hotel is a recommendation!

Bon moment, bel endroit, par contre attention ⚠️ n'oubliez rien, tout disparaît et quand on prévient le standardiste, accueil, pas une excuse, on se demande si il est pas de mèche, lieu intéressant mais confiance ZERO, politesse ZERO , à éviter donc malgré certaines personnes tout à fait agréable quand même. Je ne critique rarement, voir mes centaines de postes, mais là il faut le dire. Courage à la direction...

Chambres magnifiques ????

Hôtel bien placé, au calme. Personnel accueillant et sympa. Bon petit déjeuner, terrasse agréable. Piscine extérieure agréable, qui manque un peu d’entretien. (Dépôts au fond et sur les margelles)
