Very warm and professional welcome at the reception desk. The room is well equipped and the quality of the bed is excellent. A nice plus is the separate WC from the bathroom. We were located at the 3rd floor and the only small remark we could have is that there was not enough power for the water in the shower. We have reported this when we left the hotel and this was welcomed positively by the reception desk (and noted for follow up).
Excellent breakfast and we also had a very nice dinner in the hotel. We had some difficulties in finding a 'bio' wine on their wine card. We suggested that in the future 'bio' wines were better labeled on their wine card. Parking available (and closed area). Very positive experience !!
Très belle chambre, la vue sur la cité des vins est sympa.
Mention spéciale à Kevan le barman ! Ses cocktails création et ses classiques sont dignes d’un vrai bar à cocktails ! Il est souriant et très professionnel !
