Dinner was fantastic, great service by Antoine and perfect wine service, 10/10!
Feedback breakfast: I believe it's wrong to charge extra for eggs/salmon etc. if you pay more than 500 Euro per night for a room. Include it in the room price, even though I would have to pay more, it is very strange to pay extra for eggs...
Every 3/4 star hotel does offer a variety of cheese/cold cuts/salmon and eggs for breakfast, charging extra is not what you expect in a hotel like yours.

The latest Slanted Door sits in the amazing remodeling of an old house in the happening center of town, by les Hospices de Beaune. Exceptional staff, ready to please, and eager to help us make our food choices. Same attention with the wine options. Incredibly delicious appetizer of fish crudo, hand picked by the chef. Lovely spring rolls and red cabbage salad with walnuts. The grilled chicken was perfect. Our large group was made comfortable all through, with the director, Antoine, and the chef, Alexandre, sending dishes at the most appropriate time of the evening. Remarkable wine service as well, pristine glassware. A truly grand dinner.
