We have eaten many times st Slanted Door in San Francisco but the Beaune restaurant was far superior to anything we have ever rated at Slanted Door in San Francisco . The quality of the ingredients was exceptional and the service superb. I did not know how truly flavorful freshly made spring rolls could be - every flavor perfect and the crab and cellophane noodles raised this fish to new heights . The sommelier was so knowledgeable and guided us to some of the best wines we had had. When you decide you cannot eat another escargot - go to Slanted Door. Your tastebuds will say thank you !

Accueil excellent, ambiance superbe, service impeccable, le personnel s'est plié en 4 pour nous, le chien et le bébé. Je conseille amplement et j espère que les 5 étoiles brilleront bientôt dans l´ambrasre de la Slanted Door. Merci infiniment! (La dame du yoga du Cep :-) )

Slanted Door offers a delightful dining experience with Vietnamese-inspired dishes and a sharing concept. The flavors are bold, with the cilantro sauce accompanying the côte de porc being a standout—an absolute flavor burst! The food is well-prepared, and the service is top-notch, featuring a welcoming and friendly staff along with an attentive and knowledgeable sommelier.

The atmosphere at Slanted Door, with its stunning mix of limestone-clad windows and a glass vaulted ceiling, beautifully blends old-world charm with modern elegance, creating an unforgettable dining ambiance.

It's a perfect spot for flavorful food and great wine in a beautiful setting! It’s wonderful to see Beaune expanding its culinary scene to embrace more global flavors and diversity.

Étant venu de Normandie en vacances au camping Epinac. Nous sommes allés à Beaune pour visiter le musée de moutarde le matin et l'après midi les hospices de Beaune. On s'est arrêté au restaurant Slanted Door Beaune ,parce que je suis une Vietnamienne,et j'avais envie de changer de ce qu'on a par chez moi. Je ne suis pas déçue du tout. Au contraire. J'ai retrouvé le style de mon pays. Il y a peu de choix mais c'est fait maison. Le serveur nous a bien conseillé parce que c'est la 1ere fois que je vais au restaurant et qu'on me dit,prenez deux plats principaux pour 3( deux adultes et un enfant de 4 ans) et un plat principal pour 3( rouleaux printemps chaud). Il avait bien raison même si on avait faim et ça,ça cale très bien. Je me rappelerai de ce restaurant même si le prix est élevé mais on mange très bien.

We had diner at Slanted Door in Beaune & we can't wait to return. The food was delicious! We're locals and this food is different, refreshing and unlike anything else in Beaune. So many great items on both lunch and diner menus, so we'll visit many times to try them all! We enjoyed a great non-alcoholic cocktail from the bartender (that bar is gorgeous! What a room!) and also of course delicious wine! The desert cart was a fun way to finish the meal.
