Once a hidden gem, this wonderful bistro is sure to please all - delicious traditional course in a relaxed environment in the heart of Beaune. One person does it all (preparing the cuisine and providing service) all with a smile. We’ve been enjoying this spot since it opened ~4 years ago and highly recommend it!

We made our reservation well in advance based on the fantastic reviews. We were not disappointed. Mathieu is the owner, chef and server he manages to deliver a fantastic experience for all guests in a relaxed setting. We enjoyed the weekly menu with a good bottle of local wine. Amazing tastes. We wish Mathieu all the best on his culinary journey.

This place was just lovely. It’s super small (12-ish seats) and the chef does everything - cook, serve, and host! There are two three-course menus to choose from and the food was superb! And as a bonus, it’s super reasonably priced. If I lived in Beaune, I would be a regular!

My husband and I visited Beaune four years ago and went to soul kitchen. I can’t believe I forgot to give a review. It was the most memorable experience from beginning to end. Can’t wait to go back. We live in United States, but I would go back just for this restaurant.

Sehr schönes kleines Lokal mit tollem regionalen Essen und Weinen. Es gibt 2 Menüs zur Auswahl. Der Chef ist in der Küche und im Service, Respekt! Jederzeit immer wieder gerne.
