My wife and I had the most wonderful time at L'Hotel de Beaune. We have stayed at some amazing hotels and this could very easily be our favourite. Perfect location, beautiful buildings, and impeccable service, we will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at Le Hotel De Beaune. The team are so welcoming, helpful and professional. Our room was extremely comfortable and being dog friendly was much appreciated by Moose our dachshund! Great location in the centre of town but also calm and peaceful inside. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and filled with natural light. The hotel had many amenities, including a top tier restaurant, a cozy bar, beautiful outdoor spaces and a more casual restaurant for lunch. The service was simply outstanding from beginning to end. We were picked up and taken back to the train station and we received much assistance for meal and activity reservations. The service was consistently helpful and friendly. We highly recommend Hotel Beaune and will stay here again if we return to the area.

My husband and I recently traveled to Burgundy and made Beaune our home base for the week. The hotel was fantastic- centrally located and right on the village center (but not loud at night) we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. At first I was concerned as our room was not located inside the main building - to enter our suite we had a separate entrance next door- but our suite was so large for the price it really didn’t matter nor did it feel like we were “apart” from the hotel amenities. The staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic. The best meal I had on our entire trip was the roast chicken (no lie). Beaune itself was lovely and a great location (train ride from Dijon, easy drive to UNESCO sites in Burgundy). We can’t wait to come back!

L’Hotel is a gem in the heart of old Beaune. Historical atmosphere with modern amenities. Large rooms and bathrooms and gracious suites. The Bistrot is one of the great returns and serves the best Poulard de Bresse anywhere. A deep cellar and the popular American Bar enhance the experience. The gracious service keeps me coming back over and over again.

Hotel de charme dans une maison de ville||Accueil chaleureux, le personnel a à cœur de vous satisfaire ( reco caves, restaurants, café à emporter…) mention spéciale pour la salle de bain très confortable dans l ancienne aile. Expérience luxueuse comme à la maison. Attention cependant à ne pas aller vous faire masser à l hôtel le CEP. Les clients peuvent s ébattre dans le jacuzzi à côté des cabines et ainsi ruiner votre moment de détente. Pire expérience de massage ever !

Oh my. Where to begin?! This hotel is an absolute gem. It is immaculate, charming, and cozy. I could go on and on.

The service was impeccable. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, friendly and welcoming, and just an absolute pleasure to interact with.

The location could not have been better, situated right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and comfy, and housekeeping was exceptional. We enjoyed every moment of our visit to this lovely town. Added this to list of places we must return to in France. ????????❤️

To the lovely hotel manager and her remarkable team (I believe her name was Marie?) we greatly enjoyed our stay with you and cannot wait to return. À bientôt.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even cleaned the windshield and vacuumed the car every time I valeted it. The restaurant is good at the hotel as well. Great location.

In my short observations here I see no need to wax lyrical, alongside many other previous guests, correctly showering praise on each and every matter of hotel detail, and fabulous restaurant food plus the 1€m wine cellar, but the staff MUST have a special mention.||||The long standing Swedish owner, celebrated chef and Wine Spectator accredited connoisseur, Johan Björklund, has chosen and guided well a fabulously polite and linguistically capable array of staff who excel above and beyond their jobs, to provide that extra element most establishments lack nowadays. ||||I've had the opportunity and good fortune of 50 years of world travel, but can count on one hand staff that operate at this level of personal contact, attentiveness, helpfulness and courtesy - each and every staff member has perfectly developed and mastered the art. || ||My wife and I thank you, all, so very much. An exceptional hotel from entrance to exiting. Vivian greeted us with a warm smile on a very windy and cold day. Our room was waiting for our arrival and it did not disappoint. The warmth and comfort from the sleeping area, writing desk area and bathroom are a travelders dream. After a long drive from Geneva, I soaked in the tub with a nice glass of Beaune Theurons Premier Cru - a fantastic way to start the evening. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding - The service, food and more delicious wine was the perfect ending to a lovely day. The location of the hotel is perfect in the quaint little town. Even though we were out of season many of the shops/restaurants/museums were open for service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will return in the fall to enjoy more of this very special town.

Staf was friendly but you have to get lucky with the rooms. The family room is in an outside building and not as nice as the other rooms
