The restaurant is about a block long. I'm not exaggerating. Two waitresses need to run back and forth from the kitchen to serve people a city block away.
When my main course arrived it was flung in front of me and the waitress vanished. She did not notice that my empty wine glass was parked on the corner of the table in the international language expressing please could I have another one? She did snatch my glass from the corner of the table as she was sprinting past a couple of minutes later, but she did not ask me if I would like another glass.
I come to a restaurant to receive two things: food and hospitality. Lack of the latter can ruin the former. Abundance of the latter can fix problems with food.
The food here was sort of okay. I would give it a C minus. My main, dorade, was dry and overcooked. Presented fancy but overcooked.
The hospitality was an absolute F.
There is no reason I would ever return here, but if you want to find a restaurant that can handle a table of 20 people, this might be it. If you need to seat an entire tour bus full of people, or a hundred high school students, this is the perfect place.
