Bonne nuit juste une clim ds le salon n'aurait pas été de trop, car la clim de la chambre n'arrive pas trop jusqu'au salon

Séjour agréable, dommage qu’il n’y a pas un vrai service hotellerie journalier avec changement de serviette et faire le lit. Remplacer le papier toilettes. Au prix payé et avec le label hôtel c’est un minimum pour nous qui manque. Cordialement, Johan revets

The AC did not work the first night of our stay. I called the emergency number and we were told they could not fix it until the next day. It was very hot in our room all night. We could not sleep because we were sweating so much. We opened the windows but because of the loud noises from the restaurants and music this made it worse. Loud music and people talking at 6 am made it worse. I asked reception about receiving a refund on our first night because of the AC not working and noise coming in from the windows. He told me to email management. I emailed management and now it's been 3 days and I haven't heard anything back. Very poor customer service for our suffering. I will be sure to write very bad reviews in every trip opinion website. You should not ignore your guests.
