Not sure about all the negative reviews, if you are full of nonsense and use to 5 star places, dont stay here then. Room (superior room number 2) was clean, aircon is great and very comfortable bed. Yes the rooms need some repairs but overall all is great and a bargain for the location and view. You wont get that sort of view for breakfast at a 5 star Hilton hotel. Location is great, great staff, menu is good(bit expensive), food is great, close to the airport and hotel transport driver is very friendly. Will recomnend and will be back for sure.

Um eines vorweg zu nehmen die Haltung der ???? Schildkröten geht gar nicht und so habe ich das auch dem Management bei der Abreise mitgeteilt. Das müssen alle Gäste machen dann wird sich auch vielleicht etwas ändern !!!!Zum Hotel und Restaurant , es ist nicht das Kempinski aber allein die Lage in Verbindung mit den Suiten mit Meerblick ist ????. Kleinere Abzüge sind 1. warmes Wasser ???? nur ab und zu. 2. WLAN auf dem Zimmer mäßig . Aber man hat Urlaub und wenn man mal beim Frühstück etwas länger warten muss was soll’s. Es ist ein kontinentales Frühstücksbuffet also Eiervariationen , Würstchen, Schinkenspeck, Marmeladen, Gemüse ,Toast. Ausbesserungsarbeiten sieht man überall ,man gibt sich Mühe. Unsere Suit war top. Das Gemäkel das Restaurant wäre überteuert kann ich so nicht bestätigen . Es ist halt kein Takeaway und in anderen Restaurants auf dem Seychellen eben auch relativ teuer. Qualität war jedenfalls Top ????. Zum Schluss finde ich es immer gut Superlative wegzulassen weil jeder andere Ansichten hat . Was ich richtig gut fände wäre wenn das Management auch auf die Rezensionen reagieren würde. Auf jeden Fall absolut empfehlenswert. Übrigens Mietauto ist auf Grund der Lage gut aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

The only good things about Chez Batista Villas is the location & the restaurant staff who are really welcoming the guests. Apart from that everything else is just rude, un-hospital & sad.

Sad Part :
1. We booked a so called 'Senior suite' at a premium rates. The suite was nothing shorter of a storage place for old used & unwanted furniture. Old soggy wood smelling termites.

2. No hot water, No room service, No WiFi in the rooms (Only in the balcony).

3. Room was badly lit.

4. Very low pressure for water.

5. Tub was there but had no drain seal. (Cant use)

6. No blankets.... And the justification they give is 'Seychelles is hot' on insisting at 1 am they provided an unlaundered used blanket.

Good Part:
1. Nice restaurant.
2. Tasty food
3. Good restaurant staff.
4. Awesome location.

Most sad part:

Overall management is bit rude. The front office is not at all helpful. I never got 50 SCR back from 200 SCR i had given for 150 SCR tax as the front office lady was not present there.

Checked-out a day early wasting a day of tariff as the vibe was very depressing due to all these things.

Pictures are deceiving. The pool in way smaller than it looks from the pictures.
