Very nice local market. They do have lot of options from the local farmers and vendors. Fresh jams, honey and cheese. Fresh vegetables and fruits for the local people. They have lots of options for the coffee and snacks also. The place was very neat and tidy unlike other local markets I have seen in European countries.

Deze bakker vinden was een van de hoogtepunten van mijn bezoek aan Colmar. Het gebak dat er stond zag er zo mooi uit en de smaken waren heel onverwacht, maar op een niet-pretentieuze, toch voor de hand liggende manier. Broodjes, olijvenbrood, brioche met pistache erop (en erin!) en kaneelbroodje geprobeerd. Er straalt van het geheel heel veel passie af en liefde voor het vak. Woonde ik maar in de buurt!

Escargots au gianduja et à la cannelle à tomber par terre. Une baguette incroyable. Ne changez rien, le tout avec le sourire.
