Fantastic donuts, an extremely friendly woman at the counter. In my experience, donuts in my homeland are no longer the treat they once were; for the major producers, donuts are a commodity, and the boutique donutiers (probably not a real word) are drunk on their own creative juices, and sadly the small, old time 'labor of love' shops are dropping like flies. Les Amis produce lovely donuts with the flavor and texture that allow me to love them again.
