What we did not like was that some noise was coming from the room upstairs, like opening drawers and walking, also the main door was a little hard to close and open(because of the carpet, i guess, and that made the handle a little flimsy).Also the lady at the reception could be a little more warm/smiley/friendly?she was very dry.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was genuinely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unwelcoming and rude bartender at the hotel entrance gossiping about us with the front desk, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there — the head waiter at breakfast was equally discourteous, making the morning atmosphere uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, we were charged 8 euros for a simple glass bottle of cold water which was tap water, which felt like an unreasonable upsell for a basic necessity. The rooms were another letdown: inefficiently designed, poorly maintained, and clearly in need of significant repairs.
Overall, this stay was far below expectations, especially for the price point. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
1. Öncelikle çalışanlarla ilgili, dil bilmeyen yabancı misafirlerinin anlamadığını düşünerek arkalarından konuşuyorlar ve çok egolular
2. Odalar dekorasyon olarak güzel fakat çok küçük özellikle tuvalet inanılmaz küçük ( her oda böyle olmayabilir bilmiyorum)
3.Ayrıca restoran Michelin yıldızlı ve beklentimiz yüksekti hatta rezervasyon yaptırdık fakat kahvaltıdan sonra fikrimiz tamamen değişti mutfağın kahvaltısı ne ki akşam yemeği ne olsun dedik açıkçası
Sonuç olarak iki gecesine nerdeyse 500 Euro verdiğim bu otele geleceğime keşke daha makul bir otele beklentisiz gitseydim :(
Not: kahvaltı salonunda çalışan alman ve despot hanım lütfen çalışanlarınıza iyi davranın çok kötü duruyor ayrıca güne sizin o asker gibi ve kaba tavırlarınızla başlamak gerçekten bir daha asla isteyeceğim bir şey değil!!
J'ai adoré la chambre.
Le restaurant quant à lui souffre de quelques petits défauts... Nous étions dans une véranda avec un toit qui fuyait dû à une forte pluie à l'extérieur!!! Le serveur a du déplacé notre table et celle d'autres clients. Cependant, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec des chauffages au dessus de nos têtes, qui lorsqu'ils étaient allumés nous "grillaient" très fortement et lorsqu'ils étaient éteints, la température dans la pièce en devenait glaciale!
Malgré cela, le repas fut dans l'ensemble assez bon.
Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers.
The restaurant is a must try. We were immediately seated once we arrived and the food/service was fantastic.
The location is perfectly placed. It’s easily walkable to everything in Petite Venice.
The bar is great. Great cocktails, atmosphere and customer service.
Côté chambre , elle sont assez grandes, bien équipées et bien entretenues au quotidien par le service .
Côté service , il est irréprochable, de votre arrivée jusqu’à votre depart
La restauration est sublime . Lors de nos premiers soirs, je me suis dit le chef est très bon mais il en a encore "sous le pied" , et c’est le dîner du réveillon qui pour nous , a été une révélation , acidité , amertume , jus corsé , un parfait mariage de saveurs. avec une cuisson plus rosé du boeuf wellington Je vous accordez une étoile !
Et bravo au chef pâtissier , dessert gourmand, léger avec beaucoup de fraîcheur .
Un grand plaisir d’avoir rencontré thomas ,notre sommelier . dounia apprenti sommelière , au fort potentiel et ryan , le serveur de la bonne humeur.
Nous avons quitté le maréchal en ayant l’impression de dire au revoir à une famille .

The service was unfortunately disappointing for us we had two requests that couldn't be done for whatever reason, I'm not going further into the details...
The Location is in the middle of Petite Venise only a few steps from the X'mas market and there is enough parking spots in the neighbourhood and the Hotel provides for 25 euro additionaly a Closed Parking box which is a good deal if you plan to come with the car.
I got an Email from you to rate the hotel but in French if you send me one in English or German I would fill out the questionnaire gladly.
I apologise for my terrible English!

El hotel es antiguo pero estamos al límite entre los viejos y los pintorescos.
Los precios que piden para Navidad no se justifican. Pagamos 450 euros para una habitación deluxe/superior sin desayuno y para este precio tiene un relais château a las afueras.
Si tuviéramos que volver a hacerlo nos quedaríamos en un hotel fuera de la ciudad y vendríamos para el día en Colmar.
