Am Weg zum Aufenthalt in die Bretagne haben wir nach einer Pause in St. Gallen in der Schweiz dieses Hotel in Colmar für eine Nacht gebucht. Parkplätze sind in 5 Minuten auf der Hauptstraße (gegen Gebühr) sind vorhanden. Im Zentrum von Colmar ist das Parken mühsam. Das Hotel selbst ist absolut charmant und mit vielen netten Details gestaltet. Personal ist freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss - mit toller Aussicht über die Altstadt vom sehenswerten Colmar. Vor allem die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt.

Reserve una habitación confor y me dieron una de 10 metros clásica donde no apetecía estar ni para dormir. Similar a un hostal. Era mi aniversario y pedí cambiar pero no accedieron

This is for Le Baron Bar and Cocktails. I am constantly looking for the best old fashioned, I just found number 1 in a small town in France. If you enjoy this spectacular drink I encourage you to try what they offer, Fantastic. I have had them in 15 countries and this one beat them all. ENJOY!!!

We stayed in the “Wagner” room and we like it very much. The room was spacious and had a lovely view over the canal.Yes, the hotel is old(but full of charm) and there is no lift, however, we did not mind the stairs and we find it really clean. The breakfast was in a very nice veranda, not a very big variety of things, but enough.Coffee and croissants were good, they even offer the local sparkling wine.
What we did not like was that some noise was coming from the room upstairs, like opening drawers and walking, also the main door was a little hard to close and open(because of the carpet, i guess, and that made the handle a little flimsy).Also the lady at the reception could be a little more warm/smiley/friendly?she was very dry.

Klasse Hotel, zentral gelegen. Historisches Gebäude, aber Zimmer modern und gemütlich. Sehr sauber, klasse modernisiertes Bad. Nette Bar, exzellentes Restaurant und topp Frühstück - sehr sympathisches Personal. Hier gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.
