We came in search of ice cream. Because our daughter has coeliac disease we had to check for gluten free status. We were confronted with the least sympathetic response you can imagine.
Please reconsider your offering: there is zero need to have ice cream with gluten in the ingredients;
If you cannot do this then please reconsider your response to potential customers - people with coeliac disease have no choice and are still human beings, please respond accordingly in the future.
