The service with Dwayne Tours & Safaris was an absolute disappointment and a complete waste of money. This agency operates in a dishonest and unprofessional way, and I strongly advise anyone considering them to stay away.

We booked and fully paid for a private safari package, but nothing promised was delivered. Instead of private drives, we were repeatedly put into random groups, left waiting for others, and given less time than scheduled. At Chobe River, our “private” drive started almost three hours late, in the hottest part of the day when animal activity is minimal, and lasted barely two hours instead of three. At times we just sat in the vehicle waiting while others fooled around.

Although we paid for an all-inclusive service, we were told there was no water and initially even no lunch. The operator, Lloyd, dismissed every complaint with “everything will be fine,” yet never fixed anything. His lack of respect for clients’ time and money was shocking.

The journey from Savuti to the Okavango Delta, which Lloyd claimed would take 6–8 hours, lasted over 11 without stops, ruining our schedule and our wedding anniversary. Later that day, instead of the promised private drive, we were again stuck waiting for another group that had different plans. Every single day, the program was changed, shortened, or ruined, and Lloyd only made empty promises.

When confronted, he was dismissive, rude, and unapologetic. Even after taking the full final payment without hesitation, he ignored further requests for a partial refund.

This company not only failed to deliver what was sold, but also wasted precious time on a once-in-a-lifetime trip. What should have been an unforgettable experience was instead filled with frustration, delays, and disrespect.

Dwayne Tours & Safaris is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid them at all costs.

If you intend on doin transactions early in the morning before work during weekdays this branch is not the one, I suggest they adjust their info urgently.
