Le Sereno is in a perfect location for snorkeling as the lagoon is a protected habitat for sea turtles. The Guest Relations staff provided exceptional service. The Al Mare staff service was inconsistent throughout the week. Ruben provided exceptional pool service despite not feeling well. Housekeeping provided excellent service.

Nous venons de passer 3 jours formidables au Sereno.|L'hôtel est calme , nous étions dans un bungalow coté piscine .|Personnel dévoué , attentif et souriant.|Le service est vraiment irréprochable , du voiturier au service de chambre .|La conciergerie est top.|Le cadre est superbe |Les bungalows spacieux et très bien équipés.|Le restaurant offre une cuisine italienne raffinée. |Bref nous reviendrons l'année prochaine c'est sur .|Merci à tous pour votre professionnalisme .

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect to come back to after days of partying. The lagoon is amazing as you can walk out forever in knee high water. We had a room next to pool but was super quiet. The service was impeccable. Will definitely return

This hotel and its ambience is unmatched!
I do not know where to start ; From check-in to-checkout,, the experience we had was impeccable! From the rooms to the food to the service, all was outstanding ! Having traveled so much to the Caribbean and other parts of the world, truly nothing compared to my experience here. I was traveling with nine other people who frequent five star resorts all the time ,and we all felt the same way. Keep up the good work, Sereno, can’t wait till we see you again! Shout out to the Bar/Restaurant staff (especially Simone)as well as the Front Desk, These people give hospitality a new meaning❤️

I wanted to love this place. First of all I’ll start with the price, 2550 euros per night for a grand suite plage room, taxes not included. The room itself is very nice and spacious with a lovely sea view from the terrace. Within the first hour of being in our room, and after I had completely unpacked, we started hearing construction noises from the adjacent room - hammering, sanding, metal objects clanging about. Obviously I complained and we were moved to a room that was adjoining with another room (and slightly less of a view). Nothing was offered for the inconvenience of repacking and moving. When we got back from dinner that night we discovered that the people in the adjoining room were smoking marijuana and the smell was so strong they might as well have been smoking it in our room. The smell continued well into the next day. Finally I asked reception to please ask our neighbors to smoke outside (as per the hotel rule), this seemed to work as the smell dissipated. The next night we had dinner reservations in Gustavia and I had called throughout the day to confirm that a taxi would be arranged at 7:30pm. Finally after calling the front desk again I was told, at the last minute, that our taxi was confirmed for 7:15. My husband and I then rushed to reception only to find we had no taxi and no taxi would be coming. We then had to wait about 30 minutes for the hotel driver to finish his dinner offsite and come pick us up. The following morning we discovered that housekeeping did not refill our coffee service and I waited an hour for a pot of coffee from room service. The hotel staff was very friendly throughout our stay but I feel as though some sort of accommodation should have been made given the amount of inconveniences we experienced. So, I have sadly concluded that the service here does not equal or warrant the hefty price tag.

This is a beautiful resort. Top service - remarkable views. A little private gem on the ocean. High end menu with not so high end meals. $45 hamburger $22 shot of Bacardi - Room with a view but food not so special.

What a great visit to Le Sereno. The resort was just what we were looking for; small, unpretentious, quiet with an strong sense of place. Was hesitant to go back to St Barths as i felt the island has lost alot of its charm, but Le Sereno changed my attitude.

The best island hotel stay I have had. A beautiful smaller hotel that is a good foil to the larger resorts on the island. The staff was great, the perfect level of ‘touch’. Breakfast was good but not massive, and the staff was very flexible to requests. The setting at the pool is perfect and with a smaller number of chairs, service is easy to get. The cul-de-sac of protected sea water is great. Perfect for snorkeling and you can walk out forever, still standing. ||The guest services team was great. They arranged a boat day for us which was lovely. They were attentive via WhatsApp and reached out asking if we needed reservations or anything, but were never pushy. Booking a restaurant and a massage was very easy via WhatsApp||Walking down the beach to Le Barthélemy and seeing Rosewood as well as Eden Rock… those are massive productions and Le Sereno is a perfect size. ||We did go on a down week right before the holiday busy weeks which was nice.||The gym is very small, maybe the only negative. ||Overall — incredible stay, great hotel, great staff. Really impressed and will be back. Makes me want to visit Il Sereno as well!

Le Sereno resort is a five star plus Zen like experience. The chic hotel, grounds, pool and protective cove are magnificent. The staff and service are impeccable. The team works in concert together like a fine orchestra. From the bottles of Evian on ice at the beach to the handmade Italian chocolates by your bedside at the end of the day, every detail has been carefully thought out and executed with perfection. The director of dining was exceptional and attentive. The food was fresh and creative. We looked forward to the bountiful breakfasts each morning overlooking the cove. We would give it 10 stars if we could and plan to return.

We just returned to the US from a 5 night stay at Le Sereno in St. Barths. It was wonderful. The highlight definitely has to be the staff and the level of service they provide. They are wonderful and made our visit 5 stars. We loved waking up to the serene peaceful location and views every morning and taking breakfast next to the ocean and the pool. Over the weekend we were told the hotel was full and even then it was peaceful and nowhere near crowded. Le Sereno made for the perfect place to stay while visiting and exploring the island. Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Unfortunately the great stay was overshadowed by the fact that the management team mislead us not to only move from Le Sereno to another hotel we did not elect ourselves, to which we obliged as a curtesy, the return curtesy was a promise of a return comp trip from data of trip, but when we tried to go and use that certificate, the terms were redefined and we essentially did not receive any curtesy from the hotel. Feel tricked into doing what was convenient to them. Poor management of a situation from a reputable hotel, turned us off from this brand.

We were three couples so we rented one of the hotel's private villas. The check in was very easy and the young friendly staff was eager to help. The property , located on a lagoon was very serene. Our villa was spread out into two buildings. One building had a master suite and the living / dinning rooms and the kitchen. The other building had the two other bedrooms. The downside is if it is raining, those in the other building will get wet coming to the main living area . We also had our own plunge pool which was very nice. The views from the villa were breathtaking. We had our own butler who prepared breakfast in the villa every morning and arranged everything we needed, including a massage therapist to come to the villa . Overall we had a wonderful time. A couple of the drawback are the beach. It is small and there is limited seating by the beach. Another draw back is that the hotel is far from many restaurants that we wanted to go. However if you are someone who want a couple of days of tranquility and get away from it all and relax, then I highly recommend this hotel. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.

Le Sereno is an amazing property. The staff are all so amazing. They really do care and are always there if you need anything at all at anytime! I have been here twice and both times were phenomenal. Daily housekeeping and replenishment of beverages. I love how this property is smaller and not crowded like at all. I have been to multiple other properties on the island and this one has the best breeze it’s perfect! They have kayaks and paddle boards that you can utilize during your stay. Transportation to and from the airport which was also provided! Highly recommend this place 10/10. Do not skip French toast at breakfast ???? Lastly, dinner was very pleasant everything was great! The eggplant and tagliolini were perfection!

J'y suis allé avec ma famille en vacances, les chambres ne sont pas comme décrites, l'hôtel a prolongé une visite gratuite à une date ultérieure. Ma femme est tombée malade et a été hospitalisée, l'hôtel n'a pas prolongé l'offre de retour lorsqu'elle se rétablirait, ils ont dit "désolé" !!!!!!! aucune compassion, aucune compréhension ni aucune volonté de prolonger une date différente. Après avoir publié ce message, ils ont envoyé un e-mail indiquant "si je supprimais le message, ils autoriseraient l'offre". J'ai envoyé les nouvelles dates et ils les ont acceptés une fois que j'ai supprimé le message, ils ont envoyé un autre e-mail indiquant "ces dates ne sont pas disponibles". Ce sont des escrocs, ne tombez pas dans le piège, lisez les messages les plus récents d'autres invités sur les vols et les mauvais traitements. Tout ce qu'ils veulent, c'est votre argent, sans service en retour, vous serez tellement déçu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Ils ne se soucient pas de vous, ils ne se soucient que de la somme d’argent qu’ils peuvent obtenir de vous.

Resto lamentable, très cher et très mauvais. Ils ne savent même pas cuire les pâtes. Celles qui nous ont été servies étaient trop cuites et trop salées. Restauration de secours quand toutes les autres options ne sont plus disponibles, et encore. Le service était laborieux. Mais le vin était bon. A 21 euros le verre, il pouvait.

Nous louons généralement des villas lorsque nous voyageons. Mais cet hôtel est tellement convaincant que nous préférerions rester ici. C'est un prix plus élevé que les autres hôtels. Mais ils l'ont bien mérité. Le personnel nous fait sentir comme une famille. Le processus d'accueil des expériences culinaires chaque jour est fantastique. Les vues sont superbes et l'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour une brise rafraîchissante. Les chambres sont d'une taille parfaite. Celui du bout avec le bassin profond est notre préféré. Une fois que nous avons terminé notre visite ici, nous sommes allés dans leur deuxième propriété sur le lac de Côme qui n'a pas déçu. Bonne visite!

J'ai passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Sereno. Je suis allé à St. Barths pour un voyage d'anniversaire relaxant et c'était le choix parfait. Le service, la propriété et l'emplacement étaient 5/5. Le personnel a contribué à rendre mon voyage d'anniversaire merveilleux, tout le monde était sympathique et extrêmement serviable.

Merci pour votre accueil ☺️ Votre emplacement est effectivement exceptionnel. C’est un endroit vraiment idéal pour la détente. Le silence et la beauté, fait de cet endroit un lieu magnifique et plus qu’appréciable. Le site, la chambre, les lieux communs sont agréables, propres et verdoyants. Il y règne une quiétude que nous recherchions pour ce séjour que nous souhaitions. Le but est atteint. La végétation est exceptionnelle partout sur le site. Nous sommes plus que ravis de notre décision d’avoir choisi Le Sereno. L’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’une générosité. Nous sommes qu’à notre premier jour permis vous et nous sommes conquis. Nous avons moi et mon conjoint énormément voyager dans les Caraïbes. Mais nous avons un coup de cœur pour St-Barth et Le Sereno. Félicitations ! Vous êtes un digne hôtel et nous tairons pas d’éloge pour cet hôtel, son accueil, son service et son personnel. Salutations à toute l’équipe et Romain notre chauffeur.

Petit bémol, est la plage. Beaucoup d’algues sur le rebord. Comme l’hôtel est sur le bord d’une baie, nous avons eu la chance de voir des tortues de mer et une raie. Manque peut-être aussi d’éléments décoratifs pour rendre le lieu encore plus WOW !
C’est une observation.
