Back at Le Sereno, always the best ????

Unfortunately the great stay was overshadowed by the fact that the management team mislead us not to only move from Le Sereno to another hotel we did not elect ourselves, to which we obliged as a curtesy, the return curtesy was a promise of a return comp trip from data of trip, but when we tried to go and use that certificate, the terms were redefined and we essentially did not receive any curtesy from the hotel. Feel tricked into doing what was convenient to them. Poor management of a situation from a reputable hotel, turned us off from this brand.

Very luxurious hotel, staff very polite and friendly, 100% respect to you all. Food excellent and all areas well kept and clean. Great and beautiful location. Will be coming back !

We were three couples so we rented one of the hotel's private villas. The check in was very easy and the young friendly staff was eager to help. The property , located on a lagoon was very serene. Our villa was spread out into two buildings. One building had a master suite and the living / dinning rooms and the kitchen. The other building had the two other bedrooms. The downside is if it is raining, those in the other building will get wet coming to the main living area . We also had our own plunge pool which was very nice. The views from the villa were breathtaking. We had our own butler who prepared breakfast in the villa every morning and arranged everything we needed, including a massage therapist to come to the villa . Overall we had a wonderful time. A couple of the drawback are the beach. It is small and there is limited seating by the beach. Another draw back is that the hotel is far from many restaurants that we wanted to go. However if you are someone who want a couple of days of tranquility and get away from it all and relax, then I highly recommend this hotel. I give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval.
