Room was stuffy, the ac was hard to function, and it was uphill. I felt it was overpriced for the location, the inconvenience of the AC and there was no one to greet at the front desk. No phone in room to contact front desk or manager. Alarm clock was not working either...it was very small details.
Checkout time was 10am! In my 65 years on this planet I’ve never seen a 10 am checkout.
I got it only extended to 11. I asked for later but they refused. Our boat isn’t until 4 pm.
They also refused to store our luggage.
The toilet broke. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors.
And it’s up a very steep hill.
We certainly didn’t get our 971 worth for only 3 nights.
Avoid this place at all costs!
