Worst costumer service ever, I had called to cancel my reservation due to a death in my family. Nobody took the time to cancel my reservations and I got charged for $608 got in contact with Expedia and I was only able to get $300 back

Let me start off with the friendliness of the staff. Ivan (owner) was very professional and friendly. Russ (maintenance/hospitality) was super helpful, friendly and informative. Location was pretty good. Based on those two, I'd give it another shot of they worked on the following.

The room had an odor that we ended up buying air freshener. During checkout time there was no one to checkout with and I did not receive a receipt for my payment. These are very fixable and can easily sway me to a five Star rating in the future.

My wife and I came for our sons birthday with 2 of his friends.Beyond great and we will be staying here everytime.Location,staff,process was amazing !Thank you guys????

This hotel is a great place to stay with the family. They had a full kitchen in the suite I stayed in so it can help you save some money on breakfast lunch or dinner while staying on the island. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. So grateful to have found this place!

I grew up on the island and was in town for the Avalon 50/50 race. My husband and I have multiple food requirements and were so excited to find a place with a kitchen as most of the restaurants in town were closed for winter or didn't have anything I could eat.

This hotel is old, but the updates that have been made to it were great. We had no trouble checking in, getting a hold of anyone, or getting questioned answered. We didn't spend a ton of time in our hotel room as we were out exploring the town. But it was a great home base for our long weekend and meal times.

My only real issue was the fridge was too cold, it froze everything that wasn't in the door. Over all the bed was fine, shower pressure was on point, and the kitchen pots and pans were in great shape.
