Omni Hotel treats you like royalty.

Despite listing an expansive patio on there website, and calling the hotel to confirm the patio was open - I arrived at Grand Cafe to learn they could accommodate a patio guest. It was hard to fathom why they would not accommodate a guest on the patio - considering the restaurant only had three tables occupied. Employee Sal was less than helpful and seemed like the request to sit outside was overly burdensome.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff! The Bellevue suite is stunning and it was such a surprise to be upgraded, free of charge, to this room!

The Omni Los Angeles has a very warm and welcoming feel to it. It has that boutique hotel feel to it from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
