I will never step foot in this establishment (or Bianca’s) ever again. I made a reservation to celebrate my mother’s 60th and asked for a great table for the celebration. The hostess refused to seat us outdoors or at a booth. Mind you, the restaurant was nearly empty. She said “Good tables are reserved for regulars who come in 3x a week.” The attitude on her was unbelievable - I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Even the valet attendant asked me what happened when I left the restaurant. He pointed her out, knowing how rude she was. I called my friend who is a regular at Madeo and she said “That specific hostess is notorious for being rude.” If you see her (short hair, over 60, Asian) BEWARE. Another manager came out pleading us to stay and said he would give us the “best table” and didn’t want us to be upset. Too late. I used to go to the old Madeo all the time and frequent Bianca’s. I have met the owner many times and he is always pleasant. It’s a shame that his staff has a bad reputation.

We were seated at the bar instead any of the available tables, yes it was Saturday evening but it was already 10:00pm
Food was salty and disgusting no way we are going back in there
mediocre menu and nothing really Italian in this restaurant
