Schrijverke 餐厅位于布鲁日的历史中心，坐落在圣母教堂的阴影下。餐厅于 1970 年由 Couckuyt 家族创建，1990 年由其子女 Patriek 和 Linda 接手。自 2018 年起，第三代传人 Simon Couckuyt 担任主厨。餐厅提供具有地方特色的现代美食，并根据季节变化丰富菜单。餐厅不提供外卖或送餐服务。天气好的时候，您可以在露台上享用当地啤酒、咖啡或美味的华夫饼。

My friend and I sat down and ordered a pastry and a drink (just a snack to start the day, there was no one else in the shop and we were not difficult), and the waiter snapped “that’s it?” And stormed off. I thought it may have been a joke because I was so shocked at first but quickly realized from his nasty expression that it was not. Two locals came in soon after and ordered only two espressos which was seemingly not an issue.
