I ate beef at the recommendation of the owner and found the food simply enchanting, and the pleasant conversation with the waiter as well, so I can recommend the restaurant to everyone!

Every dish -- really, every dish -- was superb. The flavors, pasta, meat, vegetables, local bread, even the house wine -- were all delicious. The restaurant is in a sassi/cave house, but felt light and cozy, not stuffy or claustrophobic like some of them do.
