Service was great but the rooms are overall dustier than a horse ranch at high noon. Lungs are sensitive too heavy amounts of dander or someone may have had a cat in there. Everything in the room seems like its been collecting dust for years and even after dusting it gets disgusting the next morning again and I just ended up leaving the place to get a cheaper room that was also yes, dust free :D))

Too many tweakers in the next room, passing stuff thru the window to the other fellow hoodlums. Workers are stellar but seem unhappy, managers are likely terrible.

I attended a luncheon with several hundred people. Lunch was buffet style with a fish and chicken entree. The meal was satisfactory. They did a great job keeping the line moving.

My stay here was nice. The people are SO friendly. I was happy to find out that they offered pick up and drop off to the airport for guests. There was always someone at the front desk in case I needed anything. The units were spacious and had everything I needed. And it is really nice that they offer phone call service for Aurora alerts if you don't mind being woken up at 2 or 3 am. It's a great way to ensure you don't miss the lights.

So the rooms were very spacious but definitely a bit dated. They have baseboard heat that wasn't working properly so the room was pretty cold the first night. The customer Service was great, they immediately sent someone up to look at it and he couldn't fix it but he brought us extra blankets lol. The next day it was still pretty chilly so they brought us some space heaters. They really were kind and tried to fix problem. The beds are quite thin but not completely uncomfortable. Altogether it was a pretty good stay and the location was pretty convenient. The wild life sanctuary is a bit misleading, it is kind of just a trail that you walk and can see animals

It is good to have a large living room, kitchen, and closet like a house, and cooking utensils such as a dishware oven.
The disadvantage is that the Wi-Fi is not good, and the TV channel quality is not clear.

Large and clean room, great for family, there's hiking trails with lake behind the building. Kitchen for cooking your own meals.

Had the suite room was quite comfortable and considerably large, Like a mini home. Breakfast Buffet on the other hand was below average and quite expensive and also no where the price was mentioned. Had one of the worst hot chocolates so wouldn't recommend that.

When I arrived, the room was not ready. 5 hours later the room was still not ready. The staff lady was rude when I asked a question. Horrible customer service, the hotel is outdated and could use a renovation. I don’t recommend any family stay here.

Rooms, front desk service and location were great. Housekeeping rates less poor, canceled housekeeping regularly because they were more of an inconvenience and never properly cleaned thefloors. often took my belongings and I would have to track the items down

We stayed in Bear Lodge at this resort as part of an NCL land tour. When we arrived, we were not allowed to check in early. We checked periodically throughout the day, and we told no. Shortly after the last time we inquired, other guests were being allowed to check in early. When we did try to check in, the front desk couldn't find our key. Told us the tour guide, but she did not have it.
When we finally go into our rooms, neither one had a working AC. Our room got up to 82 degrees. Our children stuck it out, but we had to switch rooms.
Breakfast as the hotel is very expensive for some mediocre food. Even the food at their quick mart, which is not a mart, was expensive. You are better off getting up early and going to The Cookie Jar or bringing your own.

I stayed in one of their rooms for over a month. Room cleaning service was spotty. I had to take toilet paper from my friends room because they weren’t consistent at restocking.

With only a couple of things to even do in Fairbanks, around you'd think they'd at least have good wi-fi. But, no. The wi-fi sure is free but don't expect anything other than that. Constant disconnections. No ethernet ports in majority of the rooms. I shouldn't have to go to the nearest coffee shop to do my laptop work OR buy a new sim card especially when it's 2023.
