Excellent outside garden, great food, did not stay over, and the Hansa draught beer is ice cold!!

It looks closed over the Christmas holidays. However, requests for an overnight stay are answered with "Fully booked". There is something wrong?

Hallo Mr Schmidt
If a family books the whole hotel (which is not so big) & facilities / restaurant area for their private family holiday, then we are fully booked. The same family has already booked for this year again.
I feel it is very unfair of you to rate us a 2 star without even staying here.
Hope to see you some other time so we can change your mind.
