(Traduit par Google) Bon petit déjeuner, chambre confortable, proche de l'OMS, proche de l'aéroport, juste sur la ligne de bus vers des endroits utiles. Pas à proximité pour aller à pied à de nombreux restaurants, mais si vous êtes prêt à faire une longue promenade, non loin du lac Léman et de ses activités et restaurants à proximité.

Good breakfast, comfortable room, close to WHO, close to airport, right on bus route to useful locations. Not close for walking to many restaurant locations, but if up for extended walk, not far from Lake Geneva and it's activities and nearby restaurants.

Les prix au bar étaient élevés, mais vu l'endroit où vous vous trouvez (dans un bel hôtel, à Genève, en face de l'ONU), ils sont à peu près corrects. J'ai apprécié d'être à proximité de deux arrêts de bus, Intercontinental et Nations (les bus 5, 15 et 8 étaient mes préférés). Les chambres avaient de superbes rideaux occultants et offraient du thé, du chocolat chaud et de l'eau gratuits. Le mien avait une belle vue d’automne sur les montagnes au loin.

Stayed here for five days and found this hotel to be clean, with friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The prices at the bar were high, but considering where you are (in a nice hotel, in Geneva, across from the UN) they are about right. I appreciated being near to two bus stops, Intercontinental and Nations (buses 5,15, and 8 were my go-to's). The rooms had awesome black out curtains and offered complimentary tea, hot chocolate, and waters. Mine had a nice fall view of the mountains in the distance.

La salle de bain était petite, exiguë et les toilettes étaient coincées dans un coin contre un mur rendant l'accès difficile. Je l'ai signalé à la réception après ma première nuit mais le problème a persisté. C'est un hôtel cher et ne vaut pas le prix basé sur cette visite.

One expects excellence from this hotel and I was sadly disappointed. The bathroom was small, cramped and the toilet was wedged in a corner against a wall making it difficult to access. Water temperature in the shower spontaneously increased and decreased like one would expect in a cheap hotel. I reported it to the desk after my first night but the problem continued. It is an expensive hotel and not worth the price based on this visit.

We went for drinks with colleagues and I must say I was very disappointed. First they could not find the reservation we had at the bar, then they gave us a spot in a dark place where they forgot about us. Average time to get our drinks was around 15-20 minutes and the food we ordered was cold. They even forgot to bring us napkins. It did not seem like they were short of personnel but they were very inefficient. I have been a regular customer but now I do not think it is worth it any more.
