Mon autre critique concernait la qualité du WiFi. À plusieurs reprises au cours de mon séjour de six jours, je n'ai pas pu me connecter. C'est un truc du tiers monde ! Ces choses mises à part, le séjour s'est bien passé et si je retourne à Genève, je reviendrai au MontB. Mais veuillez résoudre les problèmes soulevés.

I have stayed here before on several occasions, and it has always been good. As was this visit. I didn't partake of the breakfast options because as an international traveller with extremely tight timelines, I didn't have time! Yet on the one occasion I had breakfast it was very disappointing. There was almost nothing left in terms of hot food, and the lady in charge gave me only 15 minutes, even though I arrived before the 10am deadline. Sorry, not good enough! My other criticism was on the WiFi quality. On several occasions in my six day stay, I could not connect. That's third world stuff! Those things aside, the stay was good, and should I return to Geneva I will stay again at MontB. But please fix the issues raised.

I have stayed in the Montbrillant for many years when attending ITU-T SG 15 meetings. I have been very pleased with the hotel.

The hotel is practically in the main train station, yet we cannot hear the sound of the station at night on the other side of the building,. The service was good. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere, but if you're practical, thus is the most convenient residential place with a little kitchen, a dinner table, a small living space and a large bed, all fitted in 20 sqm. It’s good hotel best location and the room are small but comfortable and cozy . The location near the station so it’s easy to find , it’s close to the center and I get free transport ticket for go around Geneva it’s so helpful. Recommend

The best thing i liked was the helpful and pleasant attitude of Mr Alan, Mr Mahomed and Mr Henry! And of course the location!
There was some mistake with allotting me my correct room and the one i did get was just too small but i think the tariff was decreased accordingly. I do believe i would have had a more pleasant stay in the original bigger room- but I am happy with the way the front office/reception people helped me out! I think this is the hotel's biggest strength! And if i have to attend another WHO meeting, i'll stay again with you!
