Unfortunately, due to a poor weather event resulting in us not being able to access the Hienghene area, we were unable to attend our booking.
Upon attempting to contact the hotel, there was no response via the website contact form, nor any answer when Hotels.com attempted contact.

The hotel has refused refund and have been rather rude in their return contact via Messenger.

I can't comment on anything but the lack of service, but based on that alone, I'd not recommend the effort.

Malheureusement, en raison d'un mauvais temps qui nous a empêchés d'accéder à la région de Hienghene, nous n'avons pas pu honorer notre réservation.
Lorsque nous avons essayé de contacter l'hôtel, nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse via le formulaire de contact du site web, ni aucune réponse lorsque Hotels.com a tenté de nous contacter.

L'hôtel a refusé le remboursement et s'est montré plutôt impoli dans son retour par Messenger.

Je ne peux rien dire d'autre que le manque de service, mais rien que pour cela, je ne recommanderais pas cet effort.

BAD experience.
even we were not able to get to the hotel because of storm and floods and we contacted the property to confirm the situation & refund, they still rejected.
Very disrespecful, i would not recommend to stay and support those kind of people.

Site très agréable, malgré le mauvais temps, on apprécie cet endroit.

Super hôtel. L’emplacement est top avec piscine et accès mer. L’endroit est très joli et arboré. Le repas du soir était très bon. Malheureusement l’hôtel est assez cher…

Accueil très agréable.
Hôtel idéalement situé , dans un écrin de verdure et une vue sur les roches propres à Hienghène.
Bungalow impeccable, confortable avec vue sur la mer.
Piscine très propre.
Hôtel paisible
