L'accueil était très chaleureux & |Le personnel était très accueillant de notre arrivée à notre départ. |Je recommanderai à tout le monde de s'y rendre lors de leur passage sur l'anse vata pour les vacances ou pour un week-end.|Mon mari et moi vous remercie énormément mais surtout au personnel de l'hôtel du Ramada.|Nous reviendrons très prochainement. |À très bientôt ????

We had a two bedroom suite. Large living area. Good views. The positives stop there.
Not clean. Overrun with cockroaches. Iron but no ironing board. Kitchen had nowhere near enough saucepans and cutlery and cooking implements. No instructions for washing machine, dryer. Washing machine minimum time three hours wash.
Pool. Approach was like walking on broken glass. Floor in pool same. No hand rail.
Breakfast and dinner menu choice of two with no flexibility. We were there five nights. Not serviced once. Had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper. Had to take our own rubbish down into car park bins under building.
The hotel was not near the main drag if walking. One shop nearby where we could get a few things. Very unpleasant stay, especially with the cockroaches.

We had a 3 night stay in Noumea staying at the Ramada Hotel. The staff in all parts of the hotel were very friendly and helpful!! They gave great service!! We had a view of the race course which was quite pleasant. |We liked Anse Vata area and found the best way to get around was to catch the local bus (into the main town area). (It was cheap, easy to do and very well airconditioned.)|The swimming pool was lovely and shaded in the afternoon. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (plumbing needs some work). There are plenty of cafes etc a short walk away and we enjoyed swimming at the beach. The promenade area is lovely.
Des petits souci tel que le café inutilisable(périmé), la baignoire le bouchon qui ne fonctionner pas et la porte qui à fait du bruits toute la nuits avec le vent, l'état des chaises extérieur.
Tout cela remonter à la réception mais rien de plus n'a était fait dessus par rapport aux prix et au problème perçu.
