Old run down place. Not well maintained. The room is smelly and there is mold in the bathroom. Staff barely speaks English and is neither friendly nor helpful. They couldn't find our booking at first. Took them at least 20 minutes to figure things out. Don't stay there, it's not worth the money!!

アンスバタ地区の海辺からは気持ちちょっと歩くけど、宿泊には大満足なホテルなのでオススメします。

泊まった階は忘れましたが景色はとてもよく、海岸沿いにあるホテルと比べても遜色はないと思います。またスタッフの方の対応は一番印象良くて、つたない英語もしっかり聞いて対応してくれたので言葉に不安がある方にオススメできます。

When travelling, we prefer apartment hotel over hotel as it's more family friendly. We stayed 2 weeks in a 2-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment.
- Everything was spacious & reasonably clean
- There was a washer (no dryer) & it's one of the reasons we went for it
- Two balconies, one with seaview
- Good Internet with generous 30G/day allowance
- Perfect location within walking distance to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, car rentals, etc
- Very nice, friendly & helpful staff
- Functional gym with some old equipment & weights
- Swimming pool was OK

For the not too positive side:
- Dated apartment in need of a renovation
- Lighting throughout the apartment was dim, not sufficient to do work or reading
- Bathrooms towels & bed linens were pretty old & worn out
- There're cockroaches but no insect spray (even when asked at reception)

It's a great apartment hotel with some minor issues that could be easily fixed.

Expérience catastrophique au Ramada. À peine arrivés, on nous change d’étage sans raison valable : adieu la belle vue du 16e étage, bonjour la cour intérieure glauque du 4e. Le pire ? Un luminaire nous est littéralement tombé sur la tête ! Aucun mot d’excuse, aucune réaction du personnel.

La salle de bain ? Un sketch : un énorme trou entre la baignoire et la vitre de la douche, bonjour les inondations. Ils avaient promis de venir nous chercher à l’aéroport — on les attend encore. Pour couronner le tout, ils nous ont facturé une nuit en trop et ont refusé de nous rembourser malgré les preuves.

Service déplorable, gestion inexistante, sécurité douteuse. Ramada ? Plutôt Ramalheur. Je déconseille fortement

Petit séjour d'une semaine super sympa. Hôtel très bien situé.

Interior of the room is old, beds are hard and too springy. No drinking water (water bottles) provided. Booked for 4 nights, the first day I did reject housekeeping because I was preparing myself. Second day, requested housekeeping from the receptionist, they noted and arranged it for me, but when I came back late at night, the room was untouched. So the next day, another receptionist checked and didn’t know the room wasn’t clean, she mentioned I need to pay 4000xpf for housekeeping which I rejected. She checked and said will arrange it today (3rd day) because my room wasn’t cleaned when requested. Again, came back late at night, room is still untouched???? So I called and asked, another receptionist told me that I need to book for a minimum of 7 nights stay to have free housekeeping? I’m very very disappointed with Ramada’s service and operations. The pool is very small, the pool floorings is like walking on broken glasses. The onlt plus point is location very strategic, walking distance to Lemon Bay Beach with lots of bars & restaurants. Thats all.

Voulant profiter de mon dernier week-end sur le caillou j'ai décidé de réserver une "suite" à cet hôtel. Très bien situé il n'est pourtant pas arrivé, et de loin, à la hauteur de mes attentes.
En effet pour une réservation à ce prix là j'ai été déçu, sûrement trop habitué à mieux.
Le bâtiment est vieillissant certes, mais cela n'est pas censé se voir de l'intérieur !
De la moisissure à la rouille en passant par une propreté qui laisse à désiré, je ne recommande pas.
C'est à peine si le robinet de la cuisine débite plus de pression que celui de la douche. Sans compter le lavabo qui se remplit d'eau en à peine 3 secondes. Des problèmes de canalisation qui ont été rapportés mais je reste toujours dans l'attente du technicien devant venir régler le problème..
Stricte nécessaire en matière d'équipement. Après avoir utilisé l'unique dosette de lave-vaisselle, j'ai du me tourner vers la misérable "éponge", seul équipement de nettoyage de la cuisine, pas de torchon, pas de serpillière.
Pas de peignoir, pas de télévision nouvelle génération, pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas le droit de siroter un verre au bord de la piscine et j'en passe. Des détails certes, mais qui font largement la différence.
Point positif pour finir, la vue depuis le grand balcon est imprenable, parfait pour soirée détente au coucher du soleil.

Tout cela ne m'a pas empêché de passer un très bon week-end, et heureusement.

Very rundown hotel with very rude receptionists , for a simple problem, like my kettle was not working in the room, the answer was that they can’t do anything about it, no helpfulness at all

Séjour d'une nuit dans cet hôtel. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y séjourne. 1er séjour d'environ 15 jours en avril 2024. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking, facile d'accés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, il en est de même pour la salle de bain. Cependant, celle-ci est un peu vieillotte. Sans doute une rénovation serait nécessaire. L'éclairage de la la lampe de bureau est peu éclairante pour celui qui décide d'y travailler. Fauteuil de bureau confortable. J'ai apprécié mes deux séjours. Belle vue sur la ville aux étages supérieurs. Hôtel calme, situé à l'Ansa Vata, mais à l'écart de l'agitation. Personnel agréable, professionnel. L'endroit est reposant. Bonne adresse.

Famille avec un bébé Arrivé le vendredi, réservation faite une semaine avant. On nous annonce que pas de clim dans notre chambre, on nous fourni un ventilateur. On gueule et on fini par avoir une autre chambre. clim fonctionnel mais bruyante Toilette non fonctionnel dans la chambre douche problématique. On gueule une fois de plus, on nous envoie quelqu’un qui règle le souci après une heure. Chambre vieillie, sale, prise non fonctionnel scotcher ou qui tombe du mur, drap et lit tacher, fauteuil pareil, poile et moisissure partout dans la douche. Pour un tarif de 31 000 pour deux nuit …. Vraiment déçu première et dernière fois. Et personnel pas agréable.

Malheureusement, ma visite au bar du Ramada à Nouméa a été globalement décevante. Dès mon arrivée, l'accueil a été froid et peu engageant. Le personnel du bar, en général, n'était ni souriant ni attentif, et il était difficile de capter leur attention. Le service manquait clairement de professionnalisme, ce qui a terni l'expérience.||Cependant, une seule rencontre a véritablement rehaussé cette visite : un jeune homme, qui semblait être nouveau, a fait toute la différence. Contrairement à ses collègues, il s'est montré souriant, chaleureux, et vraiment à l’écoute. Malgré son statut probablement en apprentissage, il a été au-dessus du lot et a offert un service impeccable, avec un enthousiasme rafraîchissant.||On devrait vraiment donner sa chance à des personnes comme lui, qui, bien qu’encore en formation, sont tellement convaincantes par leur énergie positive et leur envie de bien faire. Il mérite d’être encouragé et mis en avant.

Une très bonne expérience d'accueil. Un personnel très sympa et agréable. Je recommande.

I'll start with the customer service. They were great. Happy, very helpful and always ready to help. Very knowledgeable and they have some great ideas.
Now the rooms... well they are nice but not that clean, and have lights hanging out of the ceiling. I did report the condition and was told that they would call maintance but it was a long weekend so not sure when anyone will come.
The kitchen area in our rooms were covered in oil, and areas were not cleaned down. We needed to clean up before we could use the area.
The location is okay and is close to the beach and other nice restaurants. It has a sorta sports bar and pool, but on the occasions we visited the bar, the barman didn't know how to do the cocktails and was limited to only what was in the taps and bottles.

C'est vraiment calme et offre une vue très belle et unique. Le personnel est très sympathique et très gentil.

Check-in became an "interesting" experience. At first, the lady was friendly and spoke English reasonably well, but she was very persistent I should join the Wyndham programme, and when I turned her suggestion down, her repeated and even pushy attempts transformed into "Your room is not ready yet" at 2:30 pm (it was!) and no English skills. What the...? At 3 pm, the official check-in time, I was helped by a male colleague who was more friendly.||The room was large but very basic. It came with wooden floors, a comfortable double bed that consisted of two single beds pushed together, a desk and chair, a dining table with two chairs, a safe, good AC, wifi that was free and practically unlimited as well as reasonably fast, and a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. No water bottles, no bathrobes, no slippers. The room felt clean on arrival, the sheets in the bed only had small holes, nothing major. But the room was never cleaned during my four-night stay, towels were not changed and the rubbish bins were not emptied.||The balcony had a table and two chairs, but the balcony door did not lock, and anyone from the room nextdoor could easily have climbed over to my balcony, opened the door and entered the room.||The bathroom came with a bathtub and a handheld shower with good water pressure and ample hot water. Toiletries from Ben Sherman were provided in individual minibottles, which I appreciate, as those are far more hygienic than the wall-mounted containers some hotels prefer to use to save money. The selection included shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion and a small bar of soap.||The pool area was lush with greenery and looked quite nice, but the pool was not heated and the water was freezing cold in late April / early May. There were nine sunbeds around the pool that stayed mostly empty.||Free parking was available to hotel guests.||The hotel is located in Anse Vata, a ten-minute walk from the beach promenade. There is a small shop for drinks and snacks and a great restaurant called Le Miretti-Gascon a two-minute walk away.||While the hotel was not expensive, I paid 101 EUR a night, it definitely felt like a very limited-service property and I'm not sure it was worth the money. However, I would have given the hotel three green dots if it wasn't for the weird check-in experience that makes the hotel lose one dot.

2 fois de passage en couple et deux fois un autre couple qui arrive avec le receptionniste par erreur dans notre chambre . Pas de respect . Pas d excuse rien.chambre qui vieillit mal. Sans parler de l amabilite au restaurant une catastrophe.J Attend encore des excuses! Se faire voir nue quand tu le souhaite pas c est horrible et deux fois.

Une super expérience, du personnel au top

Belle hôtel accueillant beau paysage.
Des petits souci tel que le café inutilisable(périmé), la baignoire le bouchon qui ne fonctionner pas et la porte qui à fait du bruits toute la nuits avec le vent, l'état des chaises extérieur.
Tout cela remonter à la réception mais rien de plus n'a était fait dessus par rapport aux prix et au problème perçu.

Fuyez ce lieu.

L'accueil était très chaleureux & |Le personnel était très accueillant de notre arrivée à notre départ. |Je recommanderai à tout le monde de s'y rendre lors de leur passage sur l'anse vata pour les vacances ou pour un week-end.|Mon mari et moi vous remercie énormément mais surtout au personnel de l'hôtel du Ramada.|Nous reviendrons très prochainement. |À très bientôt ????

We had a two bedroom suite. Large living area. Good views. The positives stop there.
Not clean. Overrun with cockroaches. Iron but no ironing board. Kitchen had nowhere near enough saucepans and cutlery and cooking implements. No instructions for washing machine, dryer. Washing machine minimum time three hours wash.
Pool. Approach was like walking on broken glass. Floor in pool same. No hand rail.
Breakfast and dinner menu choice of two with no flexibility. We were there five nights. Not serviced once. Had to keep asking for more towels and toilet paper. Had to take our own rubbish down into car park bins under building.
The hotel was not near the main drag if walking. One shop nearby where we could get a few things. Very unpleasant stay, especially with the cockroaches.

We had a 3 night stay in Noumea staying at the Ramada Hotel. The staff in all parts of the hotel were very friendly and helpful!! They gave great service!! We had a view of the race course which was quite pleasant. |We liked Anse Vata area and found the best way to get around was to catch the local bus (into the main town area). (It was cheap, easy to do and very well airconditioned.)|The swimming pool was lovely and shaded in the afternoon. The room was spacious and had everything we needed (plumbing needs some work). There are plenty of cafes etc a short walk away and we enjoyed swimming at the beach. The promenade area is lovely.

Midrange hotel - we stayed in a suite where it was handy to have a full kitchen but the furnishings are looking a little shabby. Was OK for a few nights but not sure if we'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Hotel, the location was perfect, very central to the restaurant strip and beaches, the view from our room was stunning, it was one of the many highlights of the trip, small things which were a tiny bit disappointing, no toaster, the room was cleaned once while we were there (10 days), limited toilet rolls and laundry supplies. We would definitely stay there again.

3 hospedagens perfeitas. Atendimento excelente.

Vaste studio avec chambre séparée au 12ème étage, avec une magnifique vue. Emplacement idéal sur l'anse Vata, proche de tout accessible à pieds, boulangerie, restaurant, plage, commerces, balades. Équipement vieillissant mais complet avec en prime un lave vaisselle, un sèche-linge et un vrai frigo. Dommage que le checkin se fasse tard, à partir de 15h !
